General lag of all the graphics in the game

Hi, after the last update, every time a new pop-up window should be opened there is at least 10 -20 seconds delay before it does. Most visible when upgrading at the confirmation dialogue window, but it's everywhere in general. And when the window is opened there are another 10-20 seconds before the scrambled pictures come to their places and the current information of what's going on at the window updates.

I am using Safari as a browser and until the new update it really is too slow to bear.
Yesterday, I gave up after just 20 minutes as it was too long and I thought it was my Internet connection so didn't play.
Today is just as bad :(
I called up a geologist and the time from click to open was 12 seconds. Opening an explorer is pitiful, poor guy takes 14 seconds just to show me the options.
Servers do need a boosting.
From testing to actual gameplay is obviously not done on a ratio scale or these problems would be obvious.

Lucky you.. I have been measuring some of my pop up delays in minutes.

I bought the two recyclers for the guild shop this morning... when it came to doing the level 3 (1 hour) upgrade I did one after the other. After both upgrade clocks were running I compared them and the difference was almost four minutes.

...for most of the day. I have a similar problem with Explorers. Also had issues with Explorer mails failing to show icons of buffs and resources properly and all sort of other mess. Tried reporting these, and other lag induced problems only to be told there were no other reports of lag and asking me to provide a speed test report.

Really starting to not appreciate being blamed for things going wrong right after a major update that has many users reporting issues here in the forums. It's down right insulting.

I have fibre optic broadband as well. My speed tests at 20meg down and 2meg up even with Settlers still running in the background. This has got nothing to do with our connection speeds.

lag, fake intercepts on RB, attacking lootspots on permanent loop.... is it Flash that can't handle it? Needs to be sorted soon tho as many are indeed finding the game unplayable as it is.

And yes, we have cleared cache, blah blah

Lag is horrific. Come on BB you cannot keep blaming our computers. This one is 2 days old and high spec for playing other games.

On a ls my general killed the enemy before he even got there, then the other guys gen attacked a camp, made a kill, he even got a combat report to say so and then he found that his general was still loaded and camp was intact - imagine that as a suicide wave.
