Just a quick question regarding event resources, Over Xmas I had so many presents from scouts & adv's that I forgot to use up all my candy cane, bell and gingerbread, I have over 1200 of each so will there be a way to convert them to presents?
During last Easter event we were able to convert the old easter collectables to old eggs so what's happening with Xmas collectables? Obviously I can't wait till Xmas event comes round again.
Any info from a BB representative regarding this issue?
As I understood it, only the main event resources are changing to be valid at each event ( Eggs/Pumpkins/footballs/presents ) For the ` building event resources/ collectables ' They will remain usable for the next event, unless the devs are going to invest some time into making New Event concepts ( pretty unlikely from what I am seeing lately ) There are always `key' collectables that are limited so having many of the more common ones in store should not give those players retaining some, any real advantage from one event to the next.
If they were concerned about even this limited ( which maybe conceived by some ) advantage I'm pretty certain the devs would do a conversion at the end of each of the next events and convert them to a similar value ( numerically appearance ) collectable, so you probably have a lot more barrels coming your way Mutantkid :)
However, I am not a BB representative, so all the above is purely my thoughts on the issue.....while your waiting ;)
Thanks for the reply, I understand this summer event is to do away with all old event resources, so I hope BB takes into account that the old xmas collectables are still around and ppl need the opportunity to convert them to presents.
