Found it a blurry building, what a headache

Does another camp actually show up? I could swear I have done 3 breakout camps already--there is nothing left on the map.
Any ideas, or whatever would be appreciated.

one appears in the first wildlife leader area at the bottom of the map, close to the leadercamp itself
