The support team is not in a position to fix this problem - it has to be done by the development team. This will be done with a game update, and the fix will be visible in the change log. Currently, I do not know the date when this will happen.

Though still really disappointing we're basically locked out for now.

So, what about this issue? I kinda feel ignored. Is there any plan to unstuck people so they can continue the Starfall experience?

I was hoping that the update would have resolved our problem but it has not. I have relogged the issue. Can you please give us some idea about a timeframe for this?

I have the same problem with 849 Shards,cannot do anything for the Quest.
