I've visited everywhere it mentions and can find no actual info about it
This morning and noon everythingh worked fine, but now we can't log in.
I can understand that something urgent or some incident came up, but some announcement would be nice and is the least they can do!!
We are currently investigating the login issues and I'll get back to you as soon as I have any news on this subject!

Just log out from uplay (top of the page) and log in again, it works now.
Still getting connection faild even restarted comp.

I am having the same problem, not been able to log in at all today :-(
Log out, empty your cache and log in again. This time it worked for me. It didn't earlier and it is a bit strange that it affected so many. Logout alone did not work.
