IM back in after 4hrs of a blue screen i went from 10k water last nite and a crap load of wells to 0 water all my buildings complaining and not producing so now i have very little of everything and i had my gold line buffed and they have been running 4hrs unbuffed now and the mine has gone empty :( and the other 1 is at 24 Gold i think i got there just in time.
Although they can not prevent or predict all problems with servers it would of bee nice if a offical post had been posted to update us on the current situation as soon as they were made aware of the problems and I think it would be fare to those of us who lost a lot through have it replaced. some ppl lost adventures and lots of troops through this and other lose lots of resources.

We were unable to access the forum to make any posts to advise.. If you have lost troops due to adventures ending whilst the servers were unavailable, please contact support who will be happy to help.

Current state of play is that there is a problem with uPlay servers affecting both the login to games and also access to the forums. BB are aware of this and have been working on it for several hours.

me too, couldn't even log in for several hours. already complained to support, but now i could log in and play, although game is really slow.

We are aware that there are still login issues to some of the servers for some people. Please do the following if you are encountering these issues:
1) Clear your Cache and Cookies from your internet browser
2) Reboot your pc
If you are still unable to login after this, please be assured that the BB engineers are still working on the issue, which is affecting all language servers, not just the UK ones.

Got in for 5 minutes but got thrown out when i tried to get to my adventure island :P

Anyone else noticed that time seemed to have halted for as long as the server were down?
I had a number of baskets being produced that were due to finish at ~23:00 CET, but now it says that it will finish at midnight instead.

Any users who are using FireFox and still cannot log in, please try using an alternative browser such as Chrome or Safari. We have been made aware that a lot of people are suffering login failures since a FireFox update.

Since a firefox update? Why blame firefox?
How come everything worked fine over here (with latest Firefox updates) till yesterday after the servers crashed?
Even in FF 9.0 it doesn't work.

I cant login and using Chrome. From time about 11.00 a.m. polish time i have some login issues. Now when i press PLAY i got white page and nothing else.

Seems to be some kind of firewall settings issue, I can't even get to the front page using firefox. Tracert works, I get response from http server. IE works, both home site and the game itself, but let's be honest- I don't want to use IE.

I tried logging in with my password today and it wont submit my form information to the database. It was working perfectly for the past couple of days but now I can't use it.
I have tried clearing my browsers cache, cookies and restarting the browser, using different browsers, all countless times and still no response.
Please help.
