Ive tried 3 different computers, 4 different browsers and I still cant get access. This is more of an issue with some of us than just clearing cache from our browsers. This needs to be resolved once and for all.
I don't know about other people but friends can't visit my island because they will get kicked of the server if they try. So this is obviously a problem on BB side of the cable... Still no reply from support...

Hi Gromobran, we try and help when we can and it's surprising how many issues clearing cache can fix, this is why it's our first line of advice in terms of support. If this doesn't however fix the issue we can only advise people to contact Support so they can help from there with the more advanced problems.
I'm sorry this was unable to fix the issue you have, hopefully support will be able to help you with returning your Veteran General and other items soon if they haven't already
Earlier today, when returning from adventure (db and not ended yet) i was disconnected from server and after refresh i have not been able to log in.
Keeps getting same error message. "Server zone crashed". Been trying different browsers, computers and operating systems but none seems to work.
Ofc i hope this is just an minor glitch like so many before this, but i thought of "complaining" here in case other users have same problem. (?)
An mail is sent to support, so hope i will get back online before my adventure times out.. lol
Yes, its same for me. Other computers, other browsers and even if visiting from other accounts, its zone error. Thats why i never botherd to much with the clear cache-thing.Quote:

Mine seems to work but I didn't try yet to place another silo (that's what caused the crash twice). I'm still busy replacing all mines, wheat fields and wells. I'm missing one of my silo's, sent a mail to support and asked them to refund it. I'm currently in an adventure but I will retreat my generals to my island to be sure they will not be lost if this happens again and the adventure ends. I have stopped most of my production until I'm sure things work again, I need to renew my confidence in this game. I know I will not spent more cash on it for a while, not until I'm sure these issues are really solved. For all who still have problems... good luck, I know how frustrated you are...
same problem here from this morning 09.30am...
I did all maintenance and made sure everything was okay before I tried to build a silo again (on the same spot). This caused my problem two times earlier and today, again for a third time, it caused an error resulting in the exact same problem; Server Zone crashed. This is clearly an issue, the rest seemed to work well, I could travel to and from the adventure island and place buildings, mines, wheat fields and wells. I logged out and logged in several times without problems. I figured I give this silo another try... So, if anyone from support reads this, please forward it to the people working on the problem. I have sent four mails in total but haven't had a reply so far. I guess I can sent another mail but what good will it do if they do not answer me in the first place.... Very, very annoying!
Support seems to be on vacation. When i had the problem 2weeks ago i got answers very fast and had a good dialoge. But now its completely dead. I wonder why.Quote:

Andre, I had zone crash first time today and it was exactly as you say - when I placed silo. Funny thing is I have over 20 silos, never had a problem. Now I wonder if my problem will be fixed during night. I sent email to support at 10, no response, just the automatic ticket opening. and they will be gone in 13 minutes.

For the record, i have never ever had an silo on my island. At the moment i got the error, i was building wells and my generals (13, so there isnt much space for them) was returning from BK. Maybe something happened when they landed.
My zone is fixed after the night. Silo is where I placed it. I have two more silos in star menu....
Good news, i got my veterans back after maintenance.
Bad news, my army is still missing. According to population counter in top many i do have them. They are just invisible. :(
My problems seem to be solved for now but I didn't try to build another silo. My lost silo was refunded by support (which I'm grateful for) and I will try to replace it tonight. I will post whether or not it is fixed...

I had bought several more silo's and placed and upgraded them without problems in sector 5. Then I figured I try to place the last of 11 silo's in sector 3, the sector that has been giving me this problem three times before and it went wrong again, same error, same crash. So for me the problem is clearly sector 3. I have build wheat fields in that sector today so it seems like the silo (perhaps other deeds to) is the culprit. I was able to upgrade all silos in sector 3 so once they are placed they seem to work well. I also mailed this to support, hopefully this will give them some more insight in this problem.
Happened to me yesterday on placing a silo in sector 3, wasn't happy but went off and interacted with real life, fixed today - presumably after the 2AM script ran so thank you BB....:D
Like a fool I went to place a silo before finishing things like essential field and mines maintenance - more fool me as crashed again now cant get back into game. :mad:

if the only thing you can do is run a script then why not at least run a few times a day most people are use to the crashing from loading a lootspot ect that wouldnt make much difference and least i could place a building i bought with gems mre than once a day

Almost the same for me. I had moved Angel statue and I was kicked out in few minutes
For me it was S7. Silo was still there when I was unlocked. I placed three more silos in the same sector and other sectors since, no crash. So it is very random.Quote:
