Really don't understand why we can't get a reaction from BB. It is a shame the game doesn't work after maintenance but that can happen. But the fact that BB doesn't respond to it and informs its customers is really disgracefull to us. I spend a lot of money to support this game, but expect also some more information when it breaks.
I am here to play a game not to talk about baking a cake for a birthday party or make a crazy picture. Not my events. I want to make sure my island doesn't break in the meantime.

Same computer, same browser, TSOtesting works fine, but the real server is dead. Incredible annoying.
I too am stuck trying to get on to the game server ...
BB, Please post some info to at least acknowledge that you are aware of this issue. It seems to be affecting a lot of players ....
Add me to the list of players unable to access Northisle, seems somewhat ironic we came out of beta last week, and the first maintenance fails miserably. I to have gold pro running, adv to finish, etc. Is there any info from BB?
Same here tried different browsers etc. I managed to get on earlier and all was good now however the same problem as everyone else.

Sigh, nothing.. waiting for three hours to get in, and NOTHING. Well, looks like i got plenty of time to play other games now. Going to insist on having compensation.

I've had the problems for a couple of days on IE, not on Chrome.
Since this morning I can't login in IEand in Chrome anymore, They both give the message:"Please delete your browser cache and try to log in again" In the header of that message stands Client outdated.
It is with a facebook login.
When we try with the account of my son (not facebook login, but mail account login) both browsers work.
Well after more than 3 hours I got in, (nxt surprise no premium buff for me lol), chat is buzzing about this and BB_Ravel said he field a report so I think they are working on the blocked accounts.

I've tried logging in on the test server and that works fine for me - still can't get into Northisle but it's taking a lot longer before it refuses me.

I was playing the game without any issue and then suddenly it stopped connecting and now I can't even get to the login page :(
after a week of not being able to get past 'loading map', I gave up and reset my comp to factory settings, windows 7, installed all updates, upgraded flash player, open nothing else but game, so all is empty and clear, now I'm able to log in, and play for five min's at a time before "connection to server lost" happens, refresh, then crash in another five min's, and so on and so on, glad I can log in, however enjoyment isn't the same, blocks become more nerve raking as it might crash during the send outs, and I'm not sure just how long while playing it will be before I crash again. Chatting with fellow guild members becomes almost impossible, as connection is lost in the middle of communicating, ( lol, and I just crashed while writing this, still hear the birds tho) very frustrating.
was playing along nicely, and them BOOM crashed and cant get back on have cleared cache rebooted all the normal things. :-( anybody else have this happen to them??

BB probably reset the server without informing the players there.
They were talking about doing a server reset due to all the login problems.
Looks like we're going to get some more presents :)
I have same problem...
I was merrily rebuilding wells- then got kicked out. Just can't get beyond the login screen now.

It is not personally to you or BB but when something happens the first thing you do is inform your users. If you keep us informed from the beginning we are not bothering you while you are busy fixing the problem. Place a banner or a message on the login screen and keep everybody off the server during the repairs.
Keeps us from reporting our problems here. And yes I know what I am talking about since I am a senior consultant\Projectmanager for 15 years now. ICT Infra can break down for which we all have empathy. But not for the lack of communication. Thanks for your message but next time try to come within 15 minutes after the first reports come in of a mayor problem. Off course I mean BB to come with the message. Good luck fixing the problem.
I guess everyone is locked out atm due to server restart. I understand BB wants patience but with gold running unbuffed its annoying. Really glad I didn't activate that 1 day premium :)
Those presents can never compensate the losses I've been having lately due to my level 5 gold industry running dry after maintenance... I know some of my guildies stop their gold industries before maintenance, maybe I should too, being that it's totally unpredictable if we're able to play afterwards.. Maybe better if BB would go to a 2 weekly maintenance schedule if things keep going so badly? I've been supporting production systems for years, but if I had a performance record like this, I would now have had a lot of spare time on my hands...
