You updated frequently untill half past 5, then stop all together - It appears to me that you had some desire to bring the even to people, and then eventually just got tired of the entire situation and left the office, instead of trying to do as you promised repeatedly - I think when you do such repeated advertisement, you own it to yourself and us to get it fixed quickly rather than giving up , as it appears that your reputation regarding bugs is not the best - at least try hard to fix them
UPDATE - 9.30 BST: Our technical team has been working on a solution and, should internal tests prove successful, a maintenance will take place today. Please note that although this is the current plan, it might change and the maintenance could be cancelled for today or postponed.
We will keep you updated.

hello I just woke up and I thought i'ld check on my island
I click play on the main screens and just get a blue screen is this a known issue I've tried checking for announcements but I haven't been able to conferm this.

I have logged in but all that loads up is a blue screen. I've refreshed but blank blue screen is all I can get.

I have already completed my Practice Match, but now I cannot continue because the event "Kick Off" did not register that I have started the Practice Match. The event is stuck for me. I really do not want to do this whole match again.

I think BB should make this adv available for a fish in merchant ASAP
So I started early, then the bug maintenance kicked in, I got the adventure again, started it again, won it, now it tells me i started it but i didn't finish. Any help?
To be clear, I started another adventure, got the kickoff one cleared, now I still have it won and finished, but the quest book tells me I haven't.
I have a similar problem, I also started early and activated the original Practice Match adventure I received. That one expired but it's somehow got the system stuck and even though I completed the Practice Match adventure that I received today, the Kick Off quest has not registered that I have started the adventure, never mind completed it.
I can't even log in to be able to do anything!!! :-(

I am having that problem! I think it's because I started the Practice Match adventure yesterday before they shut everything down. Now the Kick Off quest has not registered that I have started the Practice Match at all and will not continue with the quest log.Quote:
