balkanac111, you can obviously log in since you are posting on the forum. Perhaps you can not get into the game?
If you can offer more details regarding the issue you are experiencing (error received, when you receive the error,etc), I will be happy to investigate the matter further.

It was a Flash update this morning. After that, not able to play anymore using Firefox. Please developers... do something.
Hello. As I sayd in the next post, the issue occurred after installing flash update. Have 3 pc, 2 updated and 1 not yet, ad thats the only one that can log me into the game. The pc wit the latest flash will hung on "initialising login queue" and it stays like that forever, no error at all, just hunging.Quote:

still cant log in to the game..... hangs while loading, sometimes i get the message clear cache and try again, i cleared cache about 10 times, doesnt work.... also tried to log in on IE, normaly i use chrome. What to do now ??
mark124, please try again in the morning after the servers have run the scheduled nightly tasks. If you can not log-in in the morning, please contact support.
Well, I CAN logon but quickly get sorry about that. Very SLOW loading and worst of all - IMPOSSIBLE to load the adventure map. Yesterday evening it was just taking more every time. Now it looks like it takes forever. Just says Loading... and that's all. If I press Refresh on the page it refreshes to my land's map. Seems I'll have to abandon this adventure unwillingly. :-/
I can log on, I press the play now button, I get a lovely blue screen, not very exciting! Can only play early this morning as travelling until tomorrow. Any chance it will be sorted before 7.30 am BST? Will miss my daily bonuses :(

I cannot get past the blue screen either - tried rebooting/resetting everything, deleting cache, installing another browser, etc. No go. This is a windows 8.1 PC - I tested out on another PC running XP and can get in on that one but that's not my PC so I can't play on that.
<edit> after numerous tries it's now showing the loading bar *crosses fingers* </edit>
i have windows 8.1 pc to, last night no problems now i have problem to get in.
I logged in, clicked Play. The usual blue screen appears but nothing more happens. Yeah, having the same problem here. Clearing cache doesn't help and I have the latest Flash.
Sigh - and the same for me.
Good morning all, seems i have the same problem -crys- cleared cache etc got into forums no problem but game itself wont load. Im sure Tech team will be able to sort it out asap, but would be nice to have someone say "whoops sorry we are on searching for problem now". Ive got lots of faith in the team :) go go guys (cheer leader chant).

Same blue screen but only on Explorer. Firefox seems to be working
I've just installed Firefox on the off-chance that would work and it doesn't :(. I notice that even loading the homepage it doesn't refresh properly: gets stuck on "Transferring data from Static14.cdn.ubi.com" - and that persists after pressing the "Play Now" button, so that may be where the problem lies *hopes a technician reads this if so*

My other half is in the same room as me. I'm on the laptop, he's on the pc. He's got in on both Exp & Firefox. I can only do Firefox. No rhyme or reason to it :(
Currently using Windows 7 and latest FF and Flash and only get the blue screen when hitting play. As Vvidi above, my home page isn't fully loading either, even though I can hit the 'Play' button, and is also waiting at the point of "Transferring data from Static14.cdn.ubi.com".
