Whats wrong with nobal deeds, they only cost 95 gems (you get 100 gems weekly) and if you did spend gems on residence deeds, how long will you keep them before you replace them all with nobal deeds? I think its worth waiting a little longer and getting something that likely to be worth keeping.

Brayarg i didn't mean bad when i've said arguing ^^ i've just wanted to say i understand the badness points in my suggestion and i thank all of you and hope you'd understand the good points in it too ^^
It's a question of economics, the gem price will make Nobles look like a better option, the trade price will reflect that and then inflation will kick in. End result low population buildings which nobody will want.
with the current price of nobel deeds the cheaper one would really look great my idea is just to help new comers to get in the process more easlly a bit !! the game will still be the same ^^
Go read the threads both here and on test about the granite pit and exotic tree nursery. After reading those will you be able to honestly say that BB will implement what you want at the price point your thinking of. If the answer is yes I suggest you drop that rat.

Ok, imo, no offence or argument meant here, but you honestly sound like a new player wanting the easy way to play the game... Well, here's news for you, there is no easy way to play the game unless you spend real money.

There are two types of players in game, the gem buyers and the free players. The gem buyers won't want the buildings your suggesting not when they can buy more effective buildings. That leaves the free players, any of whom will be using help tab and guild chat if they have any sense. The experienced players will be advising them on the most cost effective buildings. Unless BB put your buildings at a stupidly low gem price they will not be considered a cost effective building, history tells us BB will price them at as high a price as what they think they can get away with.
am the free type because in my country we don't have the same payment system as you or i would've buy things ^^ and no need for suggesting things . for BB they are the only ones who can decide things they are just open minded and they are hearing us i made this suggestion and hope it goes on but if not have nothing to lose better i hope they or any one of us find the best of ideas "for me good game even without any new features !"
