its loading now. i cleared cache and it worked. might of ben that or it might be that they fixed the prob while i was clearing cache.

this isn't a very short downtime.
As I said above, we are just finishing up a Network Maintenance that is scheduled to conclude in 10 minutes. While rare, disconnections are a side effect of such work. Now that it's concluding, this should resolve itself.
Very short downtimes? It's been over an hour and a half now. If you're going to stop access to the game then at least make it clear that's what you're going to do and save us all from trying to log in and complete the GQ's

can now get to my island, but unable to load adv that i was doing before being thrown out of game
Lucky you...I still get the error detected message trying to log back in
But now you get to play the "is the server busy or has the connection been lost?" game. This time the server is busy.

13:11 BST, same problems. Loading zones happens building by building, square by square ergo extremely slow.
I just tested and found that on IE 11 I don't experience the same issues, it is still unusually slow but doesnt freeze when changing active window (program) or browser tab.
I keep getting server zone crashed messages when logging in.
Got a meeting now, so will try again in an hour or so, hope its fixed then.
Cause for now this attempt to fix a problem (wich I didnt have) ,has resulted in a big problem that does hurt me.....

I left mine sitting on that last screen for about 15mins and it logged me in eventually.
I'm getting "The server is going to be shut down for maintenance purposes" error message while game is loading, then kicks me out.
I cant even load a zone.. been getting this on and off since before midday:

I have cleared cache, deleted cookies, etc.
If we have to have maintenances at this time of day, perhaps the GQ reset time should be pushed back, so that players will have a chance to log in after the end of maintenance in order to complete their quests? - With a suitable margin of error to allow for minor delays, of course.
Completely locked out of the game with a Zone error now.

Also then BB, assume you are going to extend adv play time, and perhaps some compensation would be appropriate as this seems regular when maintenence is done

Still not loading and it's gone 13:30, I guess they got the times wrong again, I hope they extend the premium time for those that have it and can't get the game to load!
man i had a lovely book binder buff to time in the next book in, but cant get in :/ my first book binder buff i got from rtbn Q_Q
