I too continue to have this problem - same issues but it does not disappear after doing real quest - makes it very difficult to activate/complete daily guild quest.
change browser size with zoom to increase chat box and quests area will give you larger target to hit

Yesterday, my new guild received its first guild quest - for most members, all they could see was [Undefined Text] - Defeat a melee camp using blocking, which for low level players was not much help. At least one other could only see the guild quest heading, with horizontal scroll bar under it. hi its a known bug it will come back , i have now got the thin line it comes and goes , support have not got a fix for it yet
Yea problem back today so not seeing it. Deleting cache isnt an longlasting solution.
Myself and a couple of others from my guild are having the same issue. Had it for a couple of months now. It went away for a bit, but it continues to come back

I am not able to see the quest (not even the little sliver to be able to scroll down).
The undefined text version did clear on its own though
This happens to my gq too, but not every day. It only started a few weeks back. Interestingly has been fine during the Eater quests though.
Have similar problem, however mine shows 0/0 have completed quest, and timer is counting down, but no change for guild quest since hotfix. wont be able to get 100% on easter quest unless this is fixed

I dont have this problem every day, but I have it two or three times per week in the past few months. Can you fix this?!
As we're now concentrating on more crucial issues, it might take some time to fix this one.
A temporary solution is to visit a friend's island.
My guild quest display don't work right. The main quest is green when it is not done yet. When I click on the green it don't go away.
There is also an arrow up-down on side and a slider at the bottom, it don't work right either. When the quest is done it show in guild as done, but green still don't go away. Please check it for me. It is very frustrating as I sometimes have to log in and out to see the quest.
The main Quest is 'What is Premium?'
The Secondary one is "Surprise Party.
Main Quest done long ago, secondary one to do now.

There should not be a green completed quest on top of an undone quest. That is why it is a bug.
If that is fixed then the sliders should not be there or a problem.

Login in and out don't "fix" this problem.

known bug, with no real fix
all you can do is visit a friend, this will temporarily allow you to see the correct guild quest
the issue will return, but eventually it will go away by itself
We have the same issue today. Guild quest completely vanished for the whole guild. Quest book is showing yesterday gq with 0/0 and timer runs downQuote:

Visiting friends islands doesnt seem to fix it anymore. The old quest is still there and green (with no tick option to remove it), the new quest is only visible by clicking the tiny down arrow on the right and then clicking on the sliver of quest that appears.Quote:

Any plans to actually fix it or are we to live with it like the ghost whisper that hasn't been sorted since game began? An honest answer would help.
So i havent done any guild quest in months because of this ....months.
Why the hell dont they fix this, i cant clear the quest and now its stuck in the completion display.
