Agree, seems to be one problem after another.

Great! Now I'm going to have to talk to the wife and interact with the kids. No doubt I'll be dragged into fun activities such as shopping, decorating or venturing down the park with afore mentioned offspring resulting in an afternoon of scraped knees and squabbles, snappy remarks and confrontations, sulking and huffing. Eventually I'll just give in, part-take and get over it...Thanks a bunch......grumble, grumble, mutter, mutter! ;)
The log-in issues we had just a few days ago returned about 10 hours ago. To put it gently, this is beyond comprehension.

This is pretty bad timing... we have 100k+ guild pumpkins still to give away over this weekend when players are online :(
Don't worry, we will be compensated with 10 irmas, 5 solid sandwiches and 400 coal refill.
Every Friday is the same problem.
But this time it is complete lock out, instead of 1 hour login.
Get it sorted, or just shut the game down, to save us the misery.
About 14 hr since hammerman visited and said connection issues.
The least BB could do is tell us, when it will be fixed (estimate).
Use you facebook page and forum to communicate that. Instead you only post new things, but nothing about all connections problems you are having.

I think it will be possible to access the game before event ends. I don't see how they will solve this issue in the weekend. Goodbye pumpkins :(

you forgot not before possible, yeah, from past experience weekend staff doesnt have such permissions that will allow them to sort things like those, and they will come to work monday @ about 9tish, so on end of event, we will see how they will react, I have some 30k pumps in limbo now, thats not counting whats in cemies unbuffed.

I fail to see why this issue remains unresolved, it's not as if it's just arose. A constant reoccurring factor is not being addressed! Why? Surely investing in some new additions would A) reduce complaints. B) make for a happier, peaceful existence and C) be just generally beneficial.
That's a valid argument and after some consideration, I agreed and said "look if it'll get you off my case, go and get these curtains and matching cushions. And then let that be the end if it" knowing next it'll be paint and wallpaper and floor covering. But at least it'll let me be disappointed in the state of play in peace and I can fume without interruption......Grrrrrrrrr!!! (Yes it IS a three exclamation irritation) :(

it is unforgivible what happens now again the complete game community is full of anger about this again crashdown ...for clear it was promised from BB after migration from server to the new home it will be all running smoothly are it expands to a new nightmare ...starfall was implant with a lot of bugs inside u loose a lot ressources and star shards and NO COMPENSATION for it thats rude ! now one downfall after the next and BB want implant the next nightmare what will not work proper ...the guild fest.....i think fix first the game to a point u can play it again with joy and fun before do the next thing inside what not working....then the costumer service is really awful i wait now months to solve a problem what was promised by support i have the email for evidence ................it is same rude to let the people wait and wait until a problem is fixed ...when BB want the the money from us to by gems in the happy hour session there run the game perfect .............now we can nearly 2 days not in the game when u then go back to your island u has to solve a lot of mess ....then the loose of ressis as u not can sent out the explorer ...crashed mines ...the weekly quests what u not can finish ....the guild quest ...the dayly log in is mess up ..................................i think this time has the compensation in a way that hurts a little bit to make the job next time better .....48 000 gems minimum !!! when i do my job in real life like here the people do i get fired !!

Nothings going to happen until Monday at the earliest. Why? Because there is no consequence for them. Yes we can state our grievances and complain until we're blue in the face, it just falls on deaf ears. They know that no matter how they treat us, ignore us or frustrate us, we will still be here in the long run. Maybe it is an unworthy loyalty we show but honesty how many will call it a day and leave...not many. Afterall it is free service, so they probably wonder why we get so frustrated, but should they want it to carry on being successful (profitable) and grow their client base without losing the currant one, they must improve in reliability, communication and trust. I am irritated at myself for the amount of time, effort and at sometimes money I have invested playing the game but like a mistreated puppy I remain faithful just to be disappointed repeatedly. In it's present state, I feel the game is slowly passing away rather than growing. When it finally reaches it's demise, and only then, maybe they will think that they did too little, too late. The signs are there, a dwindling player amount, an unhappy client base, repeated failures, fewer Gems being purchased (that's the bit that stings them a little). It is such a shame as the game promises so much, but at the moment, fails to deliver. So come the eventual up and running state, I will accept the so called compensation (it's virtual after all, and costs them nothing) and continue with a smile until the inevitable happens again and I'm back being frustrated, irritated and wondering why i did it all again.....again. Rinse and repeat. But you gotta laugh or you'll cry :) So keep it real, exhaust all your patience, and carry on as best you can. Tomorrow is another day and just like little Annie sings "it's only a day way". Having said that, she also sings "It's a hard knocks life for us" :) :) :)

Also, the deafening silence and sparse use of compensation has come in after they had issues all the time
I think since unity they changed servers and datacenters at least twice- or at least used it as an excuse ....

the people running this game are pathetic jokes and obviously dont give 2 craps about its player base. been down days now and dont even answer support tickets either.
We've been putting up with this sh1t for 2(?) years, ever since Flash ended.
BB were totally unprepared for that and ever since have been bodging it.
It will never change until they rewrite the game into a reliable programming language and use reliable servers, just like other games have done.
It would seem they don't have the staff or level of interest to do anything about it.
I keep asking myself why I continue to play, but hte fact is, it's a great and addictive game concept, they trouble is, there is no competant suppot team.
So the only option for a great many players is to wait until Monday, and someone turns up to switch it off and on again, now a regular weekend experience.
