You use the forum where everybody have right to reply (if break the rules) but you most of the time complain about something, indirectly accuse others and make them into bad image because you have no knowledge and you do not care about how those things works or about the truth, just saying about "stated the fact" but no evidences at all just angry/frustrated words, then if get reply then you feel it is personal attack... but many of client user buy gems (that can be proved with the transactions) and not complain, they are not better or worse than others, they are not hackers or shady peoples with bad intentions...
If you feel annoyed then go walk about and calm down, grown up or do not use the internet and keep you inner peace, because this is a game forum, not real life.
I do not know about the other servers, but since they started the progress the Sandycov a lot more playable and events are more enjoyable, they reply more often but they have no full control still controlled by the ubi.
try to write to their (Cipsoft) support (in email), I mean according my experience they often write back even if you wrote to the tibia support
I remember to the issue on Sandycov too but it was resolved pretty fast, but in that case was indifferent client or browser, both was dead, i was glad that time it was solved pretty fast compared how it was solved at begining of the year
My point exactly Shadow. The Sandycove log in issue was resolved quickly, maybe 36 hours down time- if that. Ares server is now entering the fifth day, that is 96 + hours of not being able to play. Many have lost industrial mines, regular mines have been depleted and worst of all we have lost many resources to the failed Pathfinder. As well as lost opportunity to earn crystal shards, xp, and treasure due to buffs in place. It is very annoying that we cannot play our chosen accounts.
i understand, that not good if you cannot login that long, without having at least few hours when it is works when at least u can buff, send expos and geo or do the quests, but did you tried? i had issue in past i wrote to (i guess) 2-3 of their emails and they at least wrote back, maybe worth a try to spam their contact (email, fb, twitter etc), maybe someone put some pressure from their other team to the team who keep the contact with the ubi https://www.cipsoft.com/en/contact (i hope they will fix it if it will get enough attention). I hope it is temporary employee issue and if yes then starting from September at least they return back and it will be faster reactions.
Finally a word from CipSoft support....issue has been passed to BB Development and they hope it gets fixed soon ! I understand it's up to BB to fix but was hoping for something stronger from Cipsoft re kicking BB along. Just found out guilds on ares who can get in are unable to visit my island....it's like the island is locked out fort some reason..all in all very very very frustrating
Not sure what your issue is. Looks like many folks cannot play the game at all. Not sure what Client is and how it benefits anyone. Seems if player x can use it then you could as well. Stop blaming players and look at the provider. I have not been able to play in 5 days, have likely lost some industrial buildings, have lost PFB time, lost out on growth.
Instead of attacking other players ask the companies why this keeps happening.
If I get banned for this big deal. We have to wonder why for the first time in a few years we have issues of not being able to log in to the game. I have had zero issues for the last 2 years, then after the take over was made public there are random players unable to log into the game.
Anyone who does not see the issue is blind. I will be sending another ticket to Cip and hope they make good on the losses I have taken with my game. Should not be hard to trace down the game sabotage. My guess is a mid school computer kid can figure it out. Remember, BB dropped the ball with the end of Adobe and took years to recover to only have an unplayable game after it was noted to be sold........ No rocket science needed

Thank you for your reports. We understand how frustrating this must be for you. We've already forwarded the info to Ubisoft so that the ongoing issue with Ares can be looked into.
Edit: We've been informed that the problem should be resolved by now.
Finally got in this morning.......island a mess...lost a star fall payout due to outage...how about some compensation for the folks affected ???
What a joke....after 5 days finally got it....kicked out after about 10 hours and now it's the same old problem...c ant log in this morning on Ares....Newfie ok though...pme on CipSoft ...get BB to fix this

another day gone and still no access to Ares....assuming since its now Saturday nothing will happen over the weekend.....really have to wonder why I stay with this game

BB has always been bad working weekends- now that they are saying goodbye to us- they do it by spitting in our direction and work even less well for this community
I do hope that cipsoft has taken notice and will accelerate the move as this will only chase people away
there is only so much hiding you can do behind ubisoft and with certain servers being more donw that up- that point kinda has been reached
Also, their communication on actions taken is a bit lacking now- probably because they are hitting the same brick wall
Monday and still cannot access Ares.....got in for 10 hrs over the last 12 days and no indication that it's going to get fixed..telling BB there is an issue really doesn't cut it....its been same issue on both outages. B fixed it ( sort of ) once: why can't they do it again ?
Tuesday and still no access and not a word from CipSoft...looks like they are the same as BB...non responsive to players and their problems...what a shame ! Perhaps tomorrows new game load will fix the issue but getting to the point of ..who cares

is ares down again? getting the same error we got 2 weeks ago...
Here we go again. Cipsoft has dropped the ball again. I am not able to log in to the Ares server. It says it is "under maintenance", yet there was no notice of any scheduled shutdown. How are we supposed to have faith in them, if they can not even get the most basic and important part of the program to function correctly?
I know you are transferring control of the servers, Last we heard was that was supposed to have happened after the Anniversary Event--- a month ago. We haven't even had any news as to the status of the transfer. This is similar to the lack of communication/care that Ubisoft has displayed.
You are losing players by not communicating with us.
Here we go again. Can not log in to the Ares server. Last time this happened my guild lost 4 players. No explanation, no notices, no communication from Cipsoft. I know they are supposedly working on the "migration". It has been a month since that process was to be started. I am beginning to lose faith in the new controllers of the game. It is seeming like a case of "new boss, same as the the old boss". I guess we are just stuck with sub standard code. maybe it's time to go back to playing on my InnoGames accounts, they actually work. Sigh.
Not been able to log in or access Sandy Grove all month. I get as far as my username appearing & the Welcome greetings, but after that - nothing!!

I can log in, but the w01g01 server is returning 503 to load the amf files. So the game is not loaded.
