Server zone crashed

Sometimes it gets fixed the next day, other times it will never get fixed, I waited like 5 weeks, but I'm happy to say a nice man from support helped me rebuild my island after the reset, thanks Michael.

Don't forget to follow these steps in order, that should help fix the problem

1. Clear cache and maybe try with an alternative browser
2. Wait until 2AM GMT, a script runs that might unlock it
3. Contact Support

I have the same problem. the "SERVER ZONE CRASHED" come yesterday just when I move e silos.
I have cleared the cashe
I try to change browser
I wait until 2AM GMT
I have contacted the support...
nothing happened...
May be something happen in my production...

If you've contacted Support they should get back to you about it soon

Tank you peck_ed, but I am a little bit in fibrillation... tomorrow morning start the easter event...I will find my island completely destroyed..or exhausted..Not a good starting...

Same here...3 days now out of the game...Tech support is trying to fix the problem...They also suggested me to reset...I am at level 41...NO I won't reset, I think I will bye bye settlers and never return again...EPIC FAIL...
