[OPEN] Cannot login: "Server zone crashed"

i have this same problem i just moved a l5 watermill and i got zone crash and i now can log in but cannot play, this is my sisters account i hope my gold mines dont turn into some very costly rubble and even worse my sis is back in 2 days

i have just read all these other misfortunates with the same problem i have experianced, i cannot believe it has been there for so long if i had known i wouldnt of moved my l5 watermill in s3 to another clean area in s3 i hope this script sorts it out this problem i keep losing out cos of your glitches and errors come on BB get your act together !!!!

It's cascading and getting worse, I can't even log in without the Facebook link... If I use the email address log in I get "Uplay is not available right now. Please wait a few minutes and try again.", here on the main server AND on the test server. Test server is completely locked out for me. My Facebook login SEEMS to be ok for my main but I have other friends who cannot log into their main game because of this error, or zone crashes. How long before we are locked out of the main too? It really needs addressing and I hope it is fixed soon. (and YES I have done all the usual things, clearing cache and flash cache) Cheers!

I have having issues loading the game! An error occurs please try again!! Been same for 10 hours??! Can log in but cannot load map??

got a letter from support telling me the problem is solved lol nope still cannot log in to play the game 2nd night running same problem

hmmm it seems they fixed the issue and now the improved silo's are here its bought back the curse of the shiny boot!

tried clearing cache tried using chrome and I.E. instead of firefox but no luck as yet, its been a couple of hours since i emailed support and not even had an email saying its been recieved. 2am seems very far away lol

Been locked out of game for around 1 hour now. I wasnt building any silos or moving any buildings either. Ive cleared cache and tried different browser but still getting Server zone error message. Whats worse is that I have 2 lootspot buyers waiting for me to finish BK!! Of all the times this happens it happens when im on adv!!

Contacted support but its a saturday so wont get any reply til Monday if any. Hope it sorts itself out. very annoying
