I too cannot get onto my game. I login and then the first loading page and then the next loading page, the bar fills then it sits and stays there. cant go any further onto the game. have tried clearing history, that didn't worked. tried waiting until login logged out. then I logged in and the same thing happens. bit annoyed as I am in the middle of sotv. As well as the gq is now going and my guild is waiting for me to do mine. Please help!!!... it would be much appreciated.

Instead of waiting till you get logged out, try to log out manually and then wait at least 15 minutes (I suggest waiting 20 minutes just to be sure), then log in and try loading the game again. If that doesn't help you'll have to contact Support.

have contacted support, as I still cannot get on. starting to drive me a bit on the nutty side
day 3 and still cant get on. support now saying its my end. grrrr.
It seems that the bug according to moving Buildings also is active when you buy a new Building for gifts. I bought a deerstalker, couldnt place it and tried to reload game. Now I only got blank screen and can't load game.
Same here. I'm on Newfoundland, purchased a recycling manufactory with presents and can't log in. Placing the building booted me. I've just contacted support via the website form.
The game is not loading.
I can hear the birds but nobody is at home.
i can log in to my account but home screen is blank and doesnt load when i hit the play button
I've just tried to log in and had to go in via my profile. Wouldn't work any other way and now the play button won't work either.
