yup totally agree Game Mail is the way to go!
If the player knows the e-mail address that they registered with, and it is a Ubisoft account, they can change it themselves, with no need to contact support.
Details on how to do this are here . The new e-mail address can then be validated for the forum and newsletters.
If the account was made through Steam or Facebook, then e-mail change would need to be done through the procedures there.
If only it was that easy. The reason they/he has to then contact Ubi/BB support is to change the email to a new one Ubi send an email to the old one to make sure it is not someone else.Quote:

I've heard that you can change your email address in the profile settings (not using uplay) without access to the old e-mail. The new validation mail is sent to the new address.
You can indeed. IF you validated your e-mail for the forum. If you didn't, you can't access your forum profile to change email.Quote:
