i just got the error now , have playede all day no prob ,
now it come and say the same cant log inn playing on northisle server
anyone have same prob ?
if resetting is the only option i'm quitting. I've been logging on every day since march, made lots of progress and had my warehouses filled... If i want to reset my account from time to time, I can always play on the testserver.
Hope they can fix it really soon...
so did i , since 6 months all ok , and a lot of good game time
now i can t log in my mines , guild quest , fields omg come BB fix it now

I started getting this message on Saturday, I know I will be locked out until Monday but I wanted to suggest that if there is an error in the zone, that all buildings should be turned off automatically if possible?
Maybe a fail safe for the future?........ this couldn't have happened at a worse time to me but life must go on :)

Were you compensated in any way? reason I ask is that I have bought £30 of gems over the last few months.
When mine got locked out it was during a trade and straight after I was making a load of buffs, spare settlers etc in the provision house so I am assuming that I bottle necked by clicking so many times without letting the game catch up.
I seen a lot of others have had a fix without having to reset the whole account, I think you were harshly done over there and if you did not get any compensation (depending on level too) for your losses, then that is ridiculous on their part.

If you reset your account, you'll be level 1 again but you will get all your gems back.. i have the same error message, the last maintenance fixed it.. for 6 hours, i got the message again.. i'm in touch with support daily, they're having to delete the ' error ' on my account eachday, but it comes back daily. They can find the error, remove it but it allways seems to come back..
I find it's when it's lagging and im traveling back and to from adventures or other people islands i get the error message.. i've been given the option to reset my account but im nearly level 39 and got my island/production level now with many level 5 buildings, so i will wait for a fix, it it means me not gaming when i want and only when they can fix the problem, i'd rather wait then reset.. hopefully they'll sort it soon.
when you reset your account, you get all purchased gems back, my account was reset on 5th december, still working at the moment. on the up side the 2nd time round is alot easier and quicker than the first. i`m lvl 26 already.
Yes, well I won't do that, I'm level 38 & have spent incredibly much time building up my settlement, had lots of resources in stocks, lots of adventures waiting too.
I was actually at the point that it became more fun to play; but then it crashed. So I'm keeping my hopes up it gets fixed.
Hi, no you're not the only one.. i've had the message for around 3 weeks now, support can remove the error, but within 24 hours it's back and i cannot play, they can find the block on my zone, remove it but it keeps on coming back.. i've been given the option to reset my account which support think will fix the problem but you'll be level 1 again.
There's 1 good think about resetting your account.. you get all your gems back but loose all your xp, buildings, gens, jolly's, nobles which have been bought, personally i'm going to wait till they fix the problem.. i've got to fare into the game to reset now..

Restarting your computer.. it's got nothing to do with your internet or your browser cache.. please stop blaming the problem on that.
I've had the error message on/off for the past 3 weeks. i get the message, contact support, they can remove it for it to only come back within 12 hours..
It needs to get fixed soon or people will stop playing, people like me who has spent money on this game..

I understand how annoying this issue can be (it's happened to me too...), the team is still working on fixes...
Look out for updates (Still top priority). I will let you guys know as soon as I have an update on the situation.

The thing is with patience is that it runs out, over the weekend I was not to bothered because I thought it would get fixed by Monday 8pm GMT before the guys clock off in the office...... I don't have a reply nevermind a fix.
I am starting to feel snubbed.
This silence from BB is annoying. I know I wasnt the first to experience this but it wont be more then a few days before I would just drop it, and im guessing alot of other people would do the same...

I've had this problem now for several days and no reply to my support ticket!!! It may well be game over for me as it's so frustrating. Come on BB get this fixed.
