I started the match practice game early and now it will not tick off on my quest box
I have the same issue and have reported it to support 12 hours ago.
I had that problem and all of a sudden it has acknowledged I have started it but now wont acknowledge that I have finished it
I have the same problem... I started the practice match but during the match settlers was down for a fix. After the fix all looks fine and i got a new practice match. I started that match and finished it, defeat all 11 players. Now i get everytime a message 'could not load adventure zone. it has expired'. Now i cannot play the first group stage ( i didnt received it).
Same problem here... I canceled the adventure, but how i can find it again?Quote:

Some people have reported being able to get it from the first calendar door again - I do not know how true this is. Only other alternative is ticket to support as far as I know.
anyone having a problem with it not registering that its been finished?
There is a brilliant MOD (whose name I will not mention because he's modest) who has discovered that if it doesn't register when it finishes, go back into the adventure again and visit. Apparently doing that will then complete it. Hope this helps

problem i have, is that i have started the practice match and only have 2 left to do and it is still not showing as started, which is not giving me the extra quests that come, and I am missing out on valuable items, how do i rectify this?
I had the same problems, but it´s solved! Now the problem is that I can´t start a new adventure. I can´t participate in more adventure.
The practice game had come back in the questbook. I visit and then all is ok. So for the moment: No problem for me!
Every time I start the game, the practice match is in questbook. I visit and it disappear. Problem is still there, but I can solve it!
Same problem with me. Canceled adventure and can't get it back. Any suggestions?

You can't play the first group stage match because it's not available until tomorrow when the window containing it can be opened.
On Monday when they next open that is 36 hours lost on the event
Same for me, Did Practice Match yesterday, logged back in last night and quest was there again but don't have the match in star menu to do again... won't acknowledge I have already done it. Hopes BB gives us the necessary match and buffs to do it again :(

I can not start the adventure, writes this ...--you have rached the limit for the maximum number of concurrent adventures you can participate in--It happens in adventure First Group Stage Match...i dont have any other adventures running...What should I do???
Also... I cant start 1st group match... It says:
"You have reached the maximum number of concurrent adventures you can participate in"
Because Practice match running but can't finish (the adventure zone has expired)
I cant go back to the practice match its completed and has gone from my guest book ........................I cant do anything!!!!
This is the problem that I am having now. The "Finish the Practice Match" quest won't clear. Wasting a lot of my playing time as I can't move on to other quests.Quote:

This solution sometimes works:
1) Open your quest log and locate the Practice Match.
2) Choose "Visit" from there.
3) Wait a few seconds, you may see messages like "The sector couldn't load" or something.
4) Cross fingers, and you may see that the match is now complete.
I do not know what the chances of this solving the problem are, but know it does work occasionally.
I did try that solution but it didn't work for me unfortunately. :(
It worked for a couple of people on Northisle just now, but not for a third because the practice match wasn't in the quest log. I wish I could be more helpful about what to do if it doesn't work :(
This worked for me:
Click on practice match in quest book
click visit
get message like "..could not start...zone expired..", click tick
practice match disappears from screen and/or quest book
collect first group stage match from behind green door on fixture list (football icon), activate it from star menu
play this match as usual
any other quests should run normally from quest book
sometimes practice match reappears in my quest book but doesn't seem to interfere with other daily quests
go through this procedure again if it's still happening when you've opened the next green door

same, completed the practise match now the complete the practise match quest won't complete.
Had the same problem, completed the practice match anyway as I only had two defenders left. Kick Off quest completed when I started a new adventure, but now stuck unable to complete the win practice match quest...
I have a problem with the quest "Finish the practice match", I've done before the event quest was activated and now it ask me to finish, what can I do?
I can't buy and play the second time in the TO or in the market... please help me!!!

I hope support will be resolving this issue today. It is holding me back on earning footballs since Friday now.
I have finished the Practice match quest but it still shows as pending in my quest book as a result I am unable to get the other event quests. This is pretty tatty support and functionality imo.
Similar issue. Due to delays from BB I could first open the event on the 14th .
I was able to open and complete the Practice Match ( Door 12 ) - took a couple of days - but it did not register in the EVENT "start the Adventure "Practice Match "
so I cannot continue into "Complete the quest Finds" .
What to do ???
( Also had to pay gems to open door 13 - RED CARD BB ! ) .
While we are aware of the current issues with this adventure (and working on a fix), please send in a support ticket explaining your issue exactly.
Smart thing Ravel would be to just give the people who wanted it the adventure again, or put it in the shop for a 1 fish
I won the Practice Match and it was the last one but guest book says that event is not completed. What can i do?
Same. I payed gems to open door 13, started and finished Practice Match Adventure, but Kick off! and Practice Match quests are not completed.

same problem here, contacted support team as well. Finished the practice match and even the first stage but the event window still shows that i need to win the practice match.. really annoying..
