+1, need I say more
top idea :)
very good idea +++++++++++++++1
What exactly is it we are voting for here ?
+1 - a re-order button as it is is not very efficient but a move to the top one in both barracks & PH would save time and be more effective.
Agreed

I am loving the idear... so hope this will be possibel at some point... Great idear +1
BB should be ashamed they had not put this in a long while ago, it sure would save us a gazillion clicks to move up to queue +1 and rep for poster for suggesting this!

Its +1 from me :)
Excellent idea, been asked for so many times it is amazing it hasn't been done. I do wonder if BB don't count those who simply type +1?
I have been back through the whole thread and I count at least ten other threads with similar (if not exactly the same) idea merged into my original one. Whilst I can see a few posts advocating alternate and/or additional ideas, I can't seem to find anyone posting that they think my idea is a bad one. I would go so far as to say it is not just "amazing it hasn't been done", it actually beggars belief!
What an extraordinary idea, worth an A+

Sounds like a damn good idea to me.
Its been mentioned in a few posts about adding this to the Provision House as well. Means items needed for guild quest etc can be pushed up to the top of the queue quickly and easily
I can't remember any other suggestion getting as many positive votes from so many different players.

Hi,
I would like to see some way to make "priority production" possible in buildings such as provisions house, barracks & similar.
Currently we can only move the queue in this buildings one hop at a time which can be slightly annoying at times. I´m sure we´ve all run into situations where you set up 2000 new recruits only to find out you´ve screwed up a block and urgently need just a couple more cannons.. or you´ve started a scenario/venture only to suddenly remember you just activated a 5day cycle of production on provisions houses..
Buffs do in part lessen this problem, and moving things up the chain 1 hop at a time is a (slow) way to moderate the queue.. I´m aware. I would however like to see following 2 things to improve on the queue managment (or either one);
- "Pause current batch" button, effectively allowing us to move the 2nd item on the queue up to the first spot, instead of having to wait for the current batch to complete (which can be a long wait if it's 25 codices).
- "Move to top" button to allow the last item in the queue to be moved all the way to the top (or just below the active batch)
Merged

If I had a gem for every time someone starts a thread along these lines.... lol
long overdue.. +1
Yes been mentioned over and over, why is that?

BB we have been asking for this for so long now - please consider it to be a much needed improvement to the game

+1 for "move to top"
"pause batch" is less necessary if we have this as we can always choose to make slow things in batches of 1
Over 100 posts, more than three years, with at least a dozen different threads merged together, many of which were started since the current queue management facilities were implemented. Do the Devs really need any more evidence that the current up/down arrows are not fit for purpose? If so, then I suggest they boot up the game, fill a barracks with a day long queue of one type of troops, then add 100 of a different type of troop and see how long it takes before they give up trying to move the 100 to the top of the queue...
It's not really about providing evidence but the fact are they willing to do it among other things or are there technical issues. At German forums they have 5 years old thread with almost 500 replies about this including one from BB (almost a year old): "Hey, we are discussing the topic again internally, but we have put it as a possible improvement on our own task list. As soon as we have more information, we will inform you of course"

Many ideas about BA (and PH) have been suggested in the past.
Move to top; increasing batch sizes.
Hope both will be implemented at some point
