Have been experiencing huge problems today when jumping between home island and adventure. Also build queue very slow. Now i have just accepted ls and can't connect to server.
Lag effecting every aspect of the game. Currently cooking 300C after failed block in Outlaws. Even setting up troop production or building mines or applying buffs effected. No guild tab either.

relax .. its a game ,, and will get fixed .. so many event only players online
This is what happens when you replace hamster powered servers with leprechaun powered servers.
Problems faced
1. Slow loading after clicking "Play Now". 8 -10 times more time than earlier. (took me about 2 - 3 secs earlier, now about 15 - 20 sec
2. Map loads very slowly. (took about 4 -5 sec earlier, now about 30 sec or more.
3. Sometimes getting error message "Server is busy, please try again"
4. New mails dont show up. Icon of new mail does not show up right away. Need to manually open mailbox to find if any new mail has arrived.
5. Transferring to a friends island is not slow, but transferring to adv takes random time. some times will be very quick, but other times will just stick there for upto 2 - 3 mins.
6. Generals are not attack immediately, or even after a set delay. They will randomly leave garrison to attack, irrespective of when the order to attack was placed.
7. "Retreat" button is not working all the time.
8. Building ques on home island get stuck at either just 1 building or 2 sometimes.
These are the ones I faced, just thought id summarize them.

The game is just unplayable at the moment. Every function that you do is taking minutes to complete.
And you cannot be sure wether it is going to be done or not.
Going into adve takes from 5 to 10 minutes etc.
Accepting adve inv, throws you out of the game.
Logging takes about 10 minutes.
Come on BB. What is left when gaming is taken from the game.
Remove those freaking rabbits from islands already.
It helped atleast a bit last time.
A new bug to go along with what everyone else is having, I sold 1 lootspot on TO and yet 2 players both managed to buy it, again this can only be put down to a lag issue.

Same lag, buff, production/build queues problems as everyone else. Also had a general be intercepted, then magically kill that camp, proceed to the next one and kill it too without showing a progress bar on the first - completed the adventure that way with all buildings showing from those battles and appearing to be in battle at the first camp. Lost a lot of cannon in that one.
Lost about 200 troops transporting to adv 75 cavalry and about 88 recruits all vanished in transit, not very happy is an understatement this sort of thing and all the lag should not be happening in this sort of game. Get it sorted BB this could be one of the better online games if you sort it out!!!
Dear Ravel . I have a suggestion and that is that you close the game until you have found the problem . I and many others find it frustrating to even play when it's like this. So it is better to close completely even if it takes a few days to prepare . And when you're done , you may send an e-mail .

when trying to visit my island from adventure, time delay when moving gens,hour glass spinning in mail about 10 mins, deal accepted in TO but did not happen...etc...Happy Easter Event....there's more but you get the idea....general time delay about 5 - 10 sec.. :-)
Eastern event is running, but i can not enter to adventure - booted over and over again. Why BB didnt just shut down this game, this is obviously intention of Ubisoft?

Clicking on some Herbs killed my game!
just tells me constantly "server is busy at the moment, try again later".
every time i log in i get this again , about a half hour now.

Come on BB this has been going on now for 8 Hours, and update on the forums before you all go home would not look entirely out of place now would it.
Even a "Sorry guys we are not going to get a fix out in emergency maintenance tonight is better than nothing"
I regret the fact I disliked "Buff weeks". At least the problems were less than the mess now. I'm off for at least few hours.
@Ravel: please SPAM us when the game is back to a playable level of load. And one final request: Please hire people that know what they do!

All weapons should now be replaced for those who have lost them, this is pathetic :(
best be a refund on prem for the day i have had to quit fed up every few minutes when i finally get onto the game of being booted with the message servers are too busy try again later ...at this rate you will have to extend the event as no one is going to get to do anything

And now my generals are killing enemy camps without even leaving their own. (Awaiting confirmation)
