Difference is even if they dont have info the german servers get some sort of interaction so they at least know something is being done even if its futile we get nothing most of the time

Last 2 days this game is unplayable for me. Loading island not finish even after 30 min, my net speed is 100mb/s. I cleard cockies and cash from Chrome, unninstaled Settlers app from app data/local, trying also with Microsoft edge but not work at all. Any sugestion?
only using chrome and it works but slow like most of us. Running on a 24mbit adsl so not fast stuff here but it load fine, think like 2-3min and im in and 1-2min more for all gfx on island
And now, after cca 2h game load but when move at island reloading again when back to previous position. Every click cause cca 20sec freeze, totaly unplayable...
My premium is dwindling away as is player buffs ,i hope you are not still selling gems cos this game is not worth spending a penny/cent on as it is now ,if you think otherwise try loading a general and sending an attack ,try sending out geos ,explorers or searching to replace mines ,surprised the press and gaming Blogs haven't crucified you for this upgrade? expect better of a World renowned game even a free one!
Seriously folks, I think we should all be extremely grateful these Devs have been working on our game. They could've been put to work developing systems for passenger airlines or nuclear power stations, in which case we'd all be dead! So well done BB for giving these people somewhere to work well away from anything remotely dangerous and saving countless millions of lives worldwide!...

Remarks about studying issues a "important feedback" feels like spit in the face.
99% of the existing bugs were reported weeks if not months ago they are documented (lists are available on forums) and yet they ignored it and now are trying to say something is going to change "soon".

They KNOW about all the bugs from test2, and did nothing, brought them over from test2 to live, then BB expects us to log the same bugs AGAIN on his recent post.
It is quite insulting.
People already leaving and more will. What a fiasco.
Unity live problems:
1. The game run slow.
2. The game graphics now is very poor.
3. Inbox emails (with treasures and other explorer returns) doesn't work completely!!
4. Barracks not show number of units exactly....
Very bad start after the Unity.
What Expect Time for solving major game-problems?
These are all issues on test2 so BB and developers already know about these:
zone refreshed - nearly every few seconds
island take ages to load
cannot delete reports in mail
explorers take ages to send out due to other things popping up in the background, eg buildings, generals
there is no option to select multiple mail and put it all into star, eg explorers, everything is done 1 at a time
all epic buildings show 10/20
mines dont show up when geologist find them
I am sure there are loads more, all reported on test2 months and months ago.
Why wait for a decision to be made whether to go back to client or not? The game is not working, make it work. If you need to go back to using client, do that asap!
Population tooltip not working in top resource bar or when hovering over a general.
Almost constant zone refreshing makes it impossible to send more than one general at a time.
global and guild chats are not refreshing.
Position of star and storage icons in treasure emails now requires scrolling adding to the frustration of not being able to collect loots in bulk.
Filter in trade now requires extra clicking/keypresses (this was an ideal opportunity to reduce the ridiculous amount of clicking that was already in the flash version).
Combat animation loops without ending
Adventures can only be ended by returning to home zone and trying to revisit the adventure, returning an error
Sending an explorer or geologist now takes between 30s-1m per specialist - long term players like myself may have 100+ explorers . Unacceptable.
UI scaling settings not retained between sessions - and whoever decided what the base 100% scale factor should be, clearly has telescopic super-vision.
Chat window cannot be resized if rescaled.
This native version makes my 2020 quadcore i7 Mac run hotter than the client did running in software windows emulation. The 1990s performance is just the cherry on top. Safari recommends I close the window as it affects the performance of my system.
I had to delete all my emails just to get the island to load without Out of Memory messages - It appears that every time the zone is refreshed the entire inbox is reloaded.

Unexpected "General Errors" which lock the entire browser (Safari and MacOS Chrome) screen and require a full re-login in a new window

In every way, this version is inferior to the game over a decade ago. Yet another disappointment in a tale of indecision, 11th hour response, broken promises, delay, poor communication and dismissal of the user feedback from the test environment. Everything that is wrong here was known from Test2. Presumably the decision was "we cannot fail to meet a promised deadline again, we must release it as is".
That's just insulting.
We patiently waited 3 years for PvP while the Devs faffed around with different versions, we grumbled, but when it went live it worked. It wasn't what most of us expected, but it worked.
I was extremely annoyed that BB cancelled the Mac client at the 11th hour after multiple promises. But at least there was a workaround and for the most part the windows client was playable.
This is just a slap in the face to loyal long-term players.
Have to say I agree with Jim_B, a recall a lot of the issues I'm seeing today in the test server a couple of months ago. So far I've noted:
* green "logged in" lights missing from friend/guild bar
* chat intermittently dead
* mail bulk actions button doesn't work
* deleting mail 1-at-a-time leaves blanks lines in the list until mail is refreshed manually
* Bookbinder shows book ready for collection after I just collected it and started a new one
* had one "out of memory" error.
* GUI scaling reverts to auto/90% on logout. Have to set it every time.
* PH and RPH: output items are not shown when selecting items to make
And I've not even attempted an adventure yet.
Seriously, this falls a long way below standard and my expectations weren't stellar to begin with. It really does look like very little has been fixed since the test version before the summer event.
Graphics look poor and blurry, and "high quality mode" is greyed out in the options.
As for the list of self-help things to try, half of those refer to flash, so obviously not relevant.
Not sure if anyone reported this already: from time to time quest window cannot be opened. Need to refresh the game to make it work again.
Also guild chat still does not load history for a long time (or ever) and I cannot be sure if I would see any message they post or if they see mine when this happens - this together with not seeing friends online status robs us of the community feeling that I come back day by day to hang out for some time in the game (and buy stuff).
I am also disappointed - like many other - that almost none of the problems we, your player community reported in test were resolved.

In addition to my previous post things like the provision house, barracks, harbour where you set up production have the following problems,
1: You can't enter the amount to be produced directly you must use the scroll bars otherwise it does not update.
2: On the left of the arrow the resources used updates but the quantity to be produced remains blank.

Very high power usage(RAM of PC)!! Why this happens?
My premium has disappeared - had about 20 days to go.
Epic Farmyard: I upgraded it all to level 6, for now only level 2 upgrade is available(i can change production to level 2).
Barracks: exact count of units not shown.
Deposits(stone, marble, copper, iron): current amount of recourse not shown.
Oil refinery and Oil mill: it is not shown how many recourse is producing.
General: high use CPU memory!!
The wrong end product is showing in PH. For example: "Golden brew mug" is showing that 25K brew gives 1 brew!?
Members list can't be sorted and text in "notes" show on top of one another so unreadable.
when u hover over the pop icon nothing happens. Seeing the popup window here was 1 of the most used features for me and now its gone. but hey, any excuse for some more clicks and time wasting, thx bb.
I'd also like to know how many soldiers I have, not bb's untrustworthy estimate, grrrr!
I have stopped playing cant play like this so thats me off till august addiction will prob make me pop back and fourth now and then but game is unplayable as is

Not really tempted to do a most simple tasks... actualy not really tempted to even login anymore.
Seen most of the bugs reported. I can't really understand why BB has actualy released this - since the test client was basicly the same.
Maybe they just thought if countries can f*** with us with all these reallife crisis and get away with it, They can as well.

Its an utter abortion. I have been in to computers since the early 80's and never in that time have I come across anything so bug infested. Barely anything seems to work properly. I'm thinking of taking a break for a year in the hope that it might be sorted out by then.
It is unplayable..
