today my Buff Buddy was again able to visit my Island. I hope it remains like that.
I have same problem, started friday afternoon, i can visit people but they cannot visit me to buff my island
Hiya for the last 24 hours i have not been able to get on my friends island, it just loads and then freezes the computer, please help. :-)
Same problem here. I can't visit friends islands.
Have you all logged tickets? My daughter (Caitlin02) has this problem. She cannot visit my island or any other friends' islands, which has been a problem for her completing guild quest to buff. We both use the same browser and same machine, and I do not have the problem. I have tried in Firefox, IE and Chrome. She gets the same problem that everyone else describes. It sounds like it is all only since the last maintenance. Is that right? We are both on Sandycove.
Been having the same problem for 2 days have contacted support.
I have been told, from others if you leave your guild it will sort it....it doesn't.
I have also been told, from others, that players who have experienced this BB have to reset the persons account, similar to this :

can people warn others to Screen shot their island and store in case something happens and they need to retrieve (from BB) what resources (and buildings) they have lost.
I cant confirm this, like i said i heard it thought the grape vine, BUT it's better to take a precaution, of sorts.
I have had some players who can visit but no one below level 50
I haven't yet heard of someone's account being reset due to an island visiting issue, I believe that's due to Server Zone Crashes.
it would be nice to have some feedback from BB on this... I have not contacted support, as I consider that by reporting a bug in this section, the developers have been made aware of the fact that a problem exists.
If this is a bug that is likely to be fixed, I am content to wait (I understand that it might take months).
If the developers are not working on fixing the issue, and the only option is to reset the account back to level 1, I would like to know this in advance.
Do we actually know anyone that has actually had their account reset to fix the problem? Or had that suggested from Support?
