I would tell you what the letters stand for, but the mods don't approve of the use of expletives :)
Something of terrible value.

If you have ALL of 1 resource you are tied to market forces, if you island balances you aren't.

So anyway. In my point of view a noob is quite erratic and brave enough to force unknown things until the last limits, while feel shame to ask -- just to demonstrate the level of expertism. In contrast the expert knows when and what to ask to assess the possibilities, and able to reach compromise with them -- just for own and others fun and satisfaction. We are all noobs while playing only according to very own excogitation and (pre)conceptions, and became expert when can find balance between intentions and "legal" possibilities, solve tasks for fun without it became everyday routine, enjoy and set new challanges, aiming to develop and incorporate new aspects.
On other hand to be a noob is not a shame, to be an expert is not a glory -- all of us born naked, and play for themselves. The best thing about this game is that there are no strictly declared goals, required tasks. Infinitely can be played at lower levels as well, all progress depends on your own decision and inquisitiveness.
