Cant log in, and cant even send in a report on it

i login to forum from newfoundland page
and i really hope its not 6 weeks to get this fixed
do you think we will get compensated for our loss for its not our fault the server has messed up our account

i really hope so, coz my goldmines where on, and i will lose level 5 mines :(

Have you tried changing your UPlay password? One of the posts on FB mentions it and a handful of people in chat have said they got in after doing it.

Honestly I'm a bit nervous suggesting it in case something else goes *sproing*, though I can't quite see how it would. If anyone can see a problem with it please leap in!

Ok, that changes things a bit, if you are logged into forum then you are logged in. I s the game not showing the blue button "Play" even though you are logged into forum? That's a whole different problem.
Have you tried going to UBI's forums and logging into those using this ID? If that too fails, then looks like game and forum have got detached somehow.

got over excited i can get my name on login page but it now shows the man swinging his hammer
so close yet so far :(

Oh good! (Mostly Partly in.) Try refreshing the page when HammerMan won't stop, he does it a lot and that often helps.

Also, I have no idea what changing the password actually does to unstick things, that's something still well worth figuring out.

got in to the game again

I just went to "uplay.ubi.com" and changed my password and fixed the issue, after 3 days I've finally logging as normal.

Oh good! :D

Word on the street is arrakis has been sighted on Newfoundland too so that's grand, glad it worked. :)

Aye, he's banging away steadily all the time for me too, refresh-to-login is just reflex at this point.
