yes, on the adventure zone you are forced to refresh the browser to get unstuck, on home zone just use the PvP level button to unstuck
i.e. after you kill a boss camp on FT adventure you are being forced to refresh and that takes time, esp. if you're running on premium :(
this is very very very annoying problem, when is the hotfix arriving BB ? ? ?
