Excelsior locks game [16263]

freezing happens daily for me when i use it - i don't think i have ever got through a days crystals without it happening

game locked again today but didn't lose any crystals, refresh sorted it out

yes, second run on the excelsior always freezes... crystals are gone and no way of knowing what has returned (if anything)
refresh => all crystals gone

This was first reported on the 21st/9th ... any word on when a fix will be implemented ?
Even taking this very slowly doesn't stop the issue -its becoming a real pain :(

Posted on behalf of Diwata: She was playing and the Excelsior screen showed no reward. She pressed the 'play' button a few times and nothing seemed to happen. The server was getting the play attempt and reducing her gems but there was no feedback on the Excelsior screen at all - it was only later she noticed the gems were missing.

If it happens again to her where no reward shows (naturally of course costing a crystal for nothing) she will close the window and refresh the game before trying again, but it seems very unfair that the server can be taking resources and the UI tells you nothing about it.

Im also having the same problem, It works fine the first spin each day but if i click to spin one more time the screen frezzes.

Had this issue also.
Excelsior screen locks up, can't be closed with no option other than a game reset.
Time taken to restart this game makes it a very annoying bug.

2 months and it's still happening. Losing gems daily because of this - any chance of a fix?

I had thought the last outage was supposed to have fixed that, but apparently not. I haven't been seeing the problem but it's clear others have. Some of the posts seem to point to exactly what default media players were being used on the assorted systems, but I don't remember a lot of details.
