15 minutes to finish downloading all files required , then every ten minutes after that the only network traffic is to Facebook ( all errors and warnings are facebook related , many stating incorrect function or calls being made )

tried the slim browser but that dont work at all, support forum post on it seem to be outdated also

I boot up my PC each day. I log in to Settlers around 0900 EST (1400 CET I think that is) each day with a normal ~1min load time. After playing for an hour or so, I log out of the game. Later around 2200 EST (0300 CET I think) the game takes too long to load so I give up. I shut down my PC each day. This afternoon I tried a login at 1500 EST (2000 CET) and it took too long. I rebooted and when I tired again it took the normal ~1min load time.

I never clear the Cache. I don't even know how. I never have problems with the game with the exception of this new problem. I used to log in and out of the game at various times without any notable delays.

I only use FireFox for this game

Yes - I use Chrome and IE but not for this game.

I normally log in with chrome and today I had no luck with it, I gave up waitng for over 30 min, but then I tried MS Edge and it loaded in the usual 3-5 min

45 min...still loading...guess it's pointless...devs have probably gone home for the day anyway

1. 15/04/19 20:13 UK. Load bar got half way and stopped on Log-in screen.
2. Firefox 60.0.3 (64bit)

6. WiFi, through telephone cable (sorry, not very technologically minded)
7. Slow, but never had problems to this degree before. Usual Log-in time approx. 3-5 mins
8. Deleted cache at 20:24 and re-attempted to log-in
9. Internet explorer – tried 13/04/2019 approx 10am – did not load in >1hr

Time is now 21:00 and Log-in screen is still frozen with the load bar at half way. Have only managed to load the game twice since last Tuesday's downtime, both times taking >30mins to Log-in. On one occasion I left my laptop loading for 3hrs and it was still stuck in the same place.

Loading time is about 30-60min, where it gets stuck just under half way though.
Have been looking at the internet consumption. It drop to 0mbps at this point.
