I have not been able to log in yesterday or today. I am unable to keep trying when the login queue is over 1 hour long so i pop in and out to try but so far no luck. And i was due to collect gems, today as the 7 day bonus!

Not for me it isn't and hasn't done for the last couple of days since the maintenance was completed! This post was meant as a reply to Hairy!

Seems to be working now after clearing browser and flash caches (ctrl-shift-del in dragon/chrome, ctrl-f5 in moz)

It stopped being funny, when BB suggested it was my browser that was outdated and not a problem on their end. As is obvious from the hundreds of users posting here we obviously all ended up with an outdated browser... simultaneously... twice in one week...

Something to do with maintance maybe? All i see is grey screen after the loading screen goes away.
Yeah, grey screen for me too. In a public library in Orkney where the game has worked before. The Test Server is behaving similarly so I initially assumed the Council had banned the page as pornographic or as a danger to vulnerable library users.
Every time....Why can not you make a successful upgrade? Can not log in again...

It happened 10 days ago and now again. :(
Our territory (Greece) cannot connect properly.
We cannot see the images in homepage and we have a blank screen when we enter.

from early this morning 7:30 CET , till 21:45 CET , i was disconnected more than 30 times without any reason.And i hear that i am not the only one with these problems today
this was not going on previously, even last night, everything was ok. I havent changed any setups, internet connection is working properly
it happens every few minutes, sometimes twice or three times in a row and is making me really angry, as the weekend is the only time when i can spend most of the day geeking settlers.
would you be so kind and check what the problem might be, becouse it is really really bothering me and this is the reason i cannot do any LT adventures with blocks, becouse i will loose precious army !

aclso im stuck on load and if i click reload page i get empty white screen

Looked like a DNS issue..
If any of you still have problems: Try and reload your browser, or restart your computer.
My issue is solved :)
static14.cdn.ubi.com was unreachable.
apparently this server address could not be resolved to an IP address, making it unreachable.
by the looks of it: DNS problem, not a server issue.
it's fixed but could take about 48 Hrs if you are unlucky..
(time is takes for all DNS server to be synchronised to link to the correct address)
Hope it doesn't take that long.. :)
