Well, even with the support ticket I logged, I still have to get the issue sorted. More footballs will be nice to earn and being stuck on the first football match for this long does not help the cause at all.

i did already sent a ticket on saturday... no response till now...
Same problem here. Have contacted support but what's their turnaround time on getting stuff sorted? It's wasting precious event time and make me rather irritable.Quote:

Support are going to get back to you with an answer, although it might take a bit longer than usual due to the fact that they are getting a lot of tickets right now.
I understand that there are a lot of people with issues which could delay the resolution time. But due to these issues, there are a lot of players, like myself, that have already lost 5 days into the event with the chance of losing a few more due to support's slow response. same over here the practice match won't end its 4days now and no reply from support :(( i have tried refresh,in&out, klick on daily door, etc etc...nothing helps

Another bug for me....completed the First Group Stage game 2 days ago.
On restart today, the Tournament quest is saying I have still to finish it.

This whole event has been a complete shambles.
Hmm, before the "fix" I had 1 quest I could not complete ('Start Practice Match'), since I'd started it before the quest appeared.
Now, after the fix I have 2 quests I can not complete ('Start Practice Match' and 'Finish Practice Match').
Since I have ALREADY started and finished it and have no way of obtaining another one I am still stuck.
So, what exactly did the "fix" do, other than make things worse ?

After the fix, I am now getting football and event collectibles from adventures, thank you :)
Quitting the game after this farce. Bonn voyage all. We have a term in UK about some people not being able to organise a piss up in a brewery, I think that applies here!
