Logged in for the first time this morning with my first mug full of coffee at my elbow. Two thirds of the way through it and I get my first flash crash of the day, which means I was logged in for around 15 minutes before getting booted... a new low.

What worked for me was going to device manager and update driver for graphics card....not had chat reset or freeze for around 4 days now...and it was happening up to 15 times a day
It is getting freezes a lot and every a few minutes, not sure is it because of the event or because of chrome latest version?
It's the event.. I have had seven flash crashes since I logged on today after the event started when nothing has been changed on my system. On average, that's one every 2 hours, which is about twice as often as I have gotten in the period since the Crisis Quest.
EDIT: mere minutes after posting this I get flash crash number eight. :(
I had the same issues exactly - intolerable amount of total game freezes for long seconds at a time. Irritating to the point of wanting to launch the laptop.Quote:

That's without Network and Database Maintenances, Server Restarts and the occasional Chat Server reset...
Pretty sure the hotfixes could have been avoided with more thorough testing and attention paid to feedback relating to events this year and in previous years (ie same issues every year)
Having said this, and frustrating as it is, I do welcome the events to keep the game bobbing along, so thank you at least for this BB :)

I noticed this today in morning the game freezes become less too, yesterday was totally unplayable game, they seems downgrade servers for the cost as what Ubisoft usually do anyway! they greedy to get expensive games and rubbish servers.Quote:

Almost lost all the day yesterday, managed to login only when the event started and at midnight, good thing that some of my cheap offers sold so I managed to get some progress, but not much exp gained, wasted the whole 1 prem day, and have to sell some resources cheaper to keep my progress on the line.Quote:

Cannot log on to the game
Game still freezes for me and I lose chat. After clearing cache, restarting my machine it works for a time till I have to do it again.
I now cannot log into the game as it comes up file loading error. Done the throttle thing which has no effect, restarting cleared everything I can think of. Still does not log into the game.
I use chrome and before the event I had little or not problems, since the event upload into the game I have been dogged with many of the issues people have mentioned before.
Not being able to log into the game consistently is making the game unplayable and not a joy to be playing.
I wish you would fix it please.
palemoon has the same prob. dont think its a browser prob cause ive tried loads of browsers and their all doing it. Most likely a problem with windows 10 as the lag/freezing started right after a win 10 update.
But it might have something to do with webassembly as a lot of browsers r putting that into its coding now to replace flash and HTML5. As its in the programing code rather than an addon like flash it might be causing a conflict with flash.
using the inbox is causing the game to lockup completly. just started doing it. open the inbox and total lockup. have to refresh to unlock it again. getting it on every browser i tried.
seems its the battle reps causing the prob. everything else is fine. but as soon as i try to read a battle rep total lock up.

I use the Steam version which is automatically up to date. The game freezes totally whenever I recieve in game mail and whenever generals are landing after travelling to/from an adventure. This long term issue has only become worse.
Changing screen size doesn't help and is sometimes impossible (the whole window is frozen). Zoom is impossible.

Sometimes the game freezes. Simple (but annoying) refresh fixes this. Sometimes only a map freezes and going to another (home/adv/friend) fixes the freeze.
This morning I had full freeze, refreshed the game. When I got back on the FP, I got the "plug-in stopped working" pop-up from chrome, restarted the plug-in and played the game.
But then I got the same pop-up, but my game was still working. I played 2 more hours and I got the pop up 5-8? more times. But I could just close it and keep playing.
Anyone else getting a incorrect plugin failure in chrome?

I have trouble with the Chat my cache is set to auto empty. Whenever my news updates chat causes my words I have written to disappear chat crashes, normally the Trade Tab disappears altogether, this happens very often. To the point members of my guild told me to report the problem as I seem to be getting more of a problem with this. 9x out of 10 When on an adventure Island chat always crashes.

Also been experiencing lag whilst in an adventure, had to go back to home isle before General would complete the fight, this of cause slowed the adventure down. Highly annoying.
Somebody had a loot spot had completed their kill and it didn't register to me till awhile after, good job it was a guild free loot spot.
But my last couple of adventures I did in the early hours this morning were fine. So I am hoping that part of the game will be okay. But the chat problem has been with me for quite awhile.

I am having recurring issues running the game in Chrome on both Windows 8 and Windows 10. Screen refreshes fail, games hangs in browser, and quite often I', seeing partial hangs were you can still move about but graphic items like menus will appear , but then not fully render. These problems started around Christmas and seem to have been worse during the Christmas and Easter events.
I have .png screenshots if they will help.

Chrome seems to have more issues. There was talk of some options to fiddle with some time ago to make it better. Any experts around to help?

its totally unplayable now in event... from Firefox not chance to login.. (tens of minutes-nothing), from Chrome game frozen up to 5min of playing... :-(

Its sooo laggy and slow today from firefox, almost unplayable, tried everything and still same...
Runs very smooth on chrome but totaly unplaybale at mozilla.Deleted cache and reinstalled but didnt help
Had to swap to chrome as firefox, edge and ie are all unplayable and yes I have cleared cache, flushed dns etc etc.
Normally I'm using FF, but today unusable. It's hanging up all the time. A headache all over. Bad/sad developement on this update!
