they did server maintainence and they are having problems getting the server to stay up
Skeleton crew in on a Sunday, doubt its bk up till 2moro morning.
Still not working, but ubi gameclient (uplay) works fine, so im gonna find a quiet spot in FarCry5 and enjoy some fishing :)
i was logged in lost connection and cant get back on
so its kicked us out again .. :(

My missus would like to give BB a big kiss for giving her husband back on a Sunday to enjoy time with the grandkids and a relaxed family dinner.
They fixed the german servers already
well...here is midnight and nothing...the game was down all day here :(

Just tried from UK and no joy. Hope this doesn't break my uninterrupted run of logins. Par for the course now in UK, you fiddle with something and it Brexit.

I tried all evening to log in but no luck. Now Ican log in but what do I see? A 'nice' red cross on day seven.... :( so no 100 gems for me this week?! I hope BB will compensate. I see to it that I log in every day. I fear this means that I have to start over with the weekly log ins... That will be 12 days op playing then before I'll get the 100 gems.. Come on BB compensate us pls. (will weekly's be extended? what about prem? etc. ...)
Seems BB listened this time (at least to some of us). I still got the 7-days/100 gems and my ongoing Adventure ("Gunpowder") has gone back up by the missing day.
As previously verified early this morning, the game and servers are now back online. If anyone experiences any further issued today, please use this thread to report them over the next 24 hours.
Again, we'd like to thank you for your patience while the issue was resolved yesterday.
We love patience :)
What was the root issue ?
How are we going to get the stuff we lost back ?
The same happened to me. I lost the 100 gems and I think it would only be fair if I'd be compensated for it as I do log in every single day.Quote:
