Completed 2018 Easter quests, played since then, no second quest line
I did all quests last year and I've played every day since then. I have no 2nd quest at all.

I too have not received a second quest or have a countdown timer showing when next is due (I have not had one at all this event). I got the first quest chain upon logging in for the first time when event started, I log in and out at least a couple of times a day, stay logged in for quite a while, have no issue receiving any other quests, easter related or otherwise (party crashers, gq etc.). According to my achievements this is the 4th Easter event I'm taking part in and have never had a problem getting any event quests. This event was also the first time I have ever sent out explorers before an event to return after the event started and they did not bring any event resources with them, and also the first time that I did not get any event collectibles on home island for the first batch of collectibles, despite them spawning after event start. I use opera browser mostly but have tried chrome and vivaldi for a couple of hours each to see if there was any difference and there wasn't.
I have no timer, no second quest line. Have completed previous Easter events; please note - I do not see the relevance of completing previous Easter events - we all have a rl and sometimes it happens and we're not able to log in. Even though I only work part-time I am still studying and have to do the whole adulting thing as well, so don't really have a lot of time to play the game. I might be lucky and get Boris and maybe one other thing this year .... and it would be really nice if just for one event my explorers brought back more higher than average hauls instead of always the lowest number of items possible. Just sayin' :P - while I'm here giving my 2 cents worth I may as well ... right? ;)

To early to tell from my tree timer (3 days to go) but it appears the collectable spawn timer is affected as well. A guild member and my self had a early respawn, in my case a hour early, in his he had not long logged into game and was just collecting his collies.Quote:

Seems like every event has had problems..
No Easter quest chain for me either. I passed the first quest and then ... void, only Party Crashers works. Achievements are unreachable to me, eggs are not being gathered from quests.
My W1 account,which I have played for 7 years has had no quest chain,but my W3 account which was only created late last year has
Me too...played all easter quests since 2015....no 2nd quest line or any timer.
played since 2012 every Easter event, and don't have a second questline, some reaction from BB would be nice now!
just give us all 5k gems as compensation , because even if you fix it in the next 5 minutes, there is not much chance of a 15 day (3 x 5 days) quest chain being completed with only 12 days left in the event
I'm guessing BB are in a bind here. I'm assuming they can't tell who has/has not got working Easter quests (hence the request for info in this thread). If they hit the global quest reset button, then it affects the people who do have working quest chains.
I can see those of us without quests being fobbed off until the end of the event after which everyone gets the maximum Spacious Warehouse in compensation.

I have also cleared cache and tried other browsers, but I think it is definitely not on my side of things :(
Played all the quests since 2016, I do not understand how this broke as it is the same as previous years.
In addition to what people are saying about the achievements needed for warehouse, each questline also gives about 200 eggs and other stuff.
1. No Easter Prep quest

3. I started on the first day of the Easter event (though later than normal)

Just wondering, but of all of those that have problems who started with the quests "The egg competition" and "Everything is better with sweets"?
"Everything is better with sweets" has a description of "completing the story", perhaps finishing that one means that the system thinks you did all quests already?

Are those questions ment to help devs find a solution or what? Is just silly.
BB you need to inform people.
Why is it - that it was possible to write a remark on face-book, that BB knows there is a problem with the quests- but not a word here ?
Even if you still don't know how to fix this,- you need to put info on homepage about the broken quests. Not everyone read face-book.
Our Development Team is working on a solution. As soon as we have more information, we'll let you know.
So why not inform it to everyone and post that in the front page? just look at the in game chat how many people ask it few hours. It's been 3-4 days already without any word. In general most people do not even check the forums unless there is a front page news post linking here.Quote:

It seems like new players and players who did not participate in the 2018 event are able to obtain the second quest. Which made it easy for us to identify a possible reason/connection. The developers are working on a solution but it is not final and some more tests are needed. This is why we can only give an update tomorrow during the day.
Just a shame a BB didn't make the announcement.
Once it it fixed let's hope the time still exists for those without the 2nd quest chain to get all the quest chains completed, maybe by running the 2nd and 3rd chains in parallel
