[OPEN] Cannot login: "Server zone crashed"

I was playing settlers online and was told I was timed out and to refresh, when I try to log in it starts to load then says "an error was detected on this zone. please try later. I have tried on and off for over 2 hours and I am still unable to get in. A personal friend who also plays the game has just told me that my island is locked. I have tried to raise the issue direct but I keep getting sent to ubisoft. All I can hope is you see this message and can help me with this issue. I have now been playing for about 10 years.

cant get on sevver down for past tow hours fix it

Hello everyone, since yesterday evening, when you could access the island for about 2 minutes before the hammer man arrived, I still have the same problem. I arrive on the island, then a window pops up saying “Connection lost, please refresh the page.” I have cleared the cache. I cannot access the game. i use Firefox and play on Newfoundland.

Same issue on Sandycove from 5AM

Also have the same issue since 5AM, clearing cache, other browsers, even other windows version not helping

I have sent email to TSO support, got the automated answer with the ticket number and that is it. Nothing most likely will happen till Monday. Luckily there are similar issues reported in German forum and as we know German issues always are addressed much faster.

same here , disconected , cant play at all
