I'm verry sorry to hear that the servers are down, due to an overload.
I also would like to thank you since i won 5K GC from a bet with a guild mate of me!
(yeah we betted on that the servers would go down or not)
This morning it surprised me the servers were up and accually worked fine,
So i was affraid for a moment that i was going to lose 5K.
I hope you understand why i'm telling you this,
With all of the bigger updates this game has ever done these kinda crashes occurred.
Thus it was no surprise to me it happened again..
Tho when even we know what is going to happen,
How can a company like BB fail to see this?

Sandycove shows the crashed zone/server fault message too corona88, so I think its the same for all.

Yep, I get a zone error as well.
Lots of people seem to be getting server crashes or other issues.. hoping that they dont completely reset my game which is what they did to me on the test server.
It looks more like someone pulled the plug due to there being a major bug that broke the game, until that is fixed no-one will be playing. So the official word as always hides the truth.
Well I managed to kill all my generals before it crashed so maybe they will have recovered by the time we get going again :D assuming I don’t have a locked zone!
Not sure I fully believe this response as there was minimal lag prior to the crash (minimal for TSO anyway) and the main thing overloaded servers would produce is increased response times (basically lag).Quote:

Nah usually they fix it internally, but you do have to sent support a message. It has happened twice to me and they are pretty quick about it too. Only took 4-5 hours:)Quote:

I'm very disapointed since your last night update ( 28/sept./2015 ) Can't load my map; server too busy... I never had any bugs since my begining 5 weeks ago and the 10k euros of investment in this game. And yes I got addicted to your ******* game. One more reason to ne anoyed this morning.

Well this is a shock.... NOT..... people shouldn't be complaining about this at all, infact it should have been predicted based on past performance, BB are yet to make any significant change to the game without some disaster resulting in further downtime and maintenance,
AND they decided to do this change a couple weeks out from the Halloween Event???? lol, I sense a few rough weeks ahead with multiple "additional maintenance"
I hope prem time is being extended!
