the log in improved a few days before the update down to 5-10 mins, this morning after update over 30 mins so far! not happy hard to play this game, wont be spending any money, and i am not the only one said this before, very bad way to run a business and treat your customers
way over 1 hour to log in this is way worse than yesterday before the fix
Just about had it with this game, the supposed fix has made things far worse for me unable to log on at all so far today after 45 mins.
I'v tried all the fixes. Clearing browsing cache, clearing flash cache, editing the extensions to make the file size bigger. Didn't help.
Finally tried going through all the browsers. Chrome uses its own flash nope, Opera doesn't support flash, Firefox yes but huge lag.
Safari browser ended up being the only one that ended up supporting abode flash. So using that now even tho i prefer chrome.
Makes you wonder if these issues are the first signs of the end of life for flash instead of issues with the game.
try ( shift + Esc ) end all processes and reload, worked for me

It takes at least 1 refresh to get into game after update even if you clear cache etc.
After update 4 files will be loaded every time ( if you dont clear cache ). Is about 200MB total. First file usually loads fine - but after that one or all 3 of the remaining files dont load.
When monitoring and any of the 3 files load 34-35KB then I know I have to reload because those files will not load.
As long as they stay at zero - or sometimes 300B then I still hope they will load.
I tried to let 'loading' continue after it actually stopped - and found out 4 loads would repeat every 20 minutes.

First Permission load - then 10 minutes later second permission load followed by ping and xd ( from cache ).
then next sequence 10 minutes later.

no - means loading stops ( after about 1 minute with 15Mb connection ) - and then only some actions take place in 20 minute loops - not even sure it has something to do with TSO.Quote:

Come on BB sort this out, it is getting silly. I never had a single issue logging in before you ''fixed'' the problem, now I sit looking at a 1/3rd completed load bar forever. It is beyond funny now; time to employ someone who can sort it please.
same for me. staring at the loading screen. Please 'unfix' what you 'fixed' some days ago during maintenance. At least it was somewhat better before that day.

Since the last update (18 JUN 2019) it's been extremely hard to log in, waiting times 20+ minutes. Since earlier today I can't log in at all using chrome. I could only by using the slim browser, but it took some 2 hours. When will this be fixed ?
Those are the rough expected load times with the current caching issues (with all assets that can be cached already cached). Anything over ~4 minutes can lead to a timeout (it never finishes loading).PHP Code:40mb 0m38s

To have the best chance of getting the game to load:
1) Stop all background downloads so settlers online can download at its fastest possible speed, this includes any kind of music or video streaming. You can safely resume them once the game has finished loading.
2) Keep the loading page in focus, some browsers throttle background downloads which makes the matter worse if your connection speed is slower than 5mb.
I hope this is sorted soon, its a shame if a lot of players are unable to participate in an event because the game does not even load. It's especially awkward if anyone with these loading issues tries to do some co-op adventures and ends up locking the adventure out for hours. I really wish the developers would add more information to the loading screen so you can clearly see when a timeout has occurred rather than leaving the players guessing.
I think something was changed saturday 22nd - in the evening I could not load game in Vivaldi browser even using the usual work-arounds. After clearing cache I got it running.
And now it seem to be stable in both Chromium and Vivaldi -
First load FAILS - with 1 file loading - the other 3 loads 34.x or 35.x KB and then loading stop.
Second load is OK - After reloading page all 4 files load and game start.
It gets worse and worse... each content added make the game slower, and slower.... and slower....
And nobody care !
Since the last maintenance on 18 JUN I experienced very long loading times, then since Saturday I cannot load the game in any browser. I let the loading window in focus over 2 hours and nothing happened, it just showed the loading bar halfway through forever. I sent a ticket to bb and got back generic advice such as "clear chache", etc. I tried everything they suggested, nothing worked, so I replied to them that the problem is their own maintenance/ fix a few days ago. They have not replied yet. It is very frustrating to not be able to log into the game and get no reaction from bb.
I have been trying to get in for the last, maybe, 1hr, refresh multi times and still hang randomly during loading. :(
seems this this the bad time to get in. Writing here as a reminder for BB to know when is bad to get in.

Usually takes me about 4-5 mins, I usually get a quick solitaire in or maybe 2 before the game loads.

This game is broken. Busted. Does not work anymore. It's really sad that UBISOFT can get the division 2 with hundreds of thousands of players, real time shooting, VOIP, chat channels, teams of 8 to work flawlessly but cannot get a browser game to load. Do you even HAVE programmers on staff anymore?
I have not been able to reliably login for MONTHS. And with the event it has gotten impossible. I even implemented your "workaround" which is to pass command line parameters to expand the cache to my broswer(s), the multiple that i have tried, and it got better for a while but is broken again. Oh and for the record.. if i have to pass command line parameters to a browser (which does not seem to work anymore anyway).... IT IS BROKEN. Not a single software company in the world would find this remotely acceptable.
It is a simple browser based game and you cannot get it to load?!?!?!? for months?!?!?!?!

Have a look there if you have loading issues
Scroll to where it says KURZFASSUNG
Right click and select translate to your own language if you have trouble with German
In short:
1: Change the disk cache size (there's a tutorial)
2: Clear cache and cookies
3: Download all 4 files ( 1 by 1 )
This worked for me. If you still have issues follow the first steps of that topic

after 2 days of loading down to 15-20 mins today have not been able to log at all, over 6 hours so far 2 different computers, tried all browsers and all the caches and fixes , really beyond a joke that this can not be fixed!!!

Haven't been able to log in too, stop at the red flag. Had to use puffin on my phone to be able to log in and send explorers out.
I'm on my work computer, using chrome. Can't install standalone player.
