Try contacting Support, they might be able to help you with this, however you could always move buildings or knock them downQuote:

The Bounty Hunters do quests. I just do not know what to do. I do not know my soldiers dumped because it has no garrison. What do I need to move the mission? Is there a way to move a people?

If you click on your garrison you can assign troops to him, once you have done this if you click on the adventure icon that appears on your screen, you will have the option to "Send Army"Quote:

i am new, am trying to move a building in my construction queue up or down the order but arrows wont activate! Really bugging me since i cant complete quests till this is resolved. You can use books created from the Bookbinder, these can then be assigned to your geologist to give them additonal abilities when searching which you can find out more about hereQuote:
