I had the same problem 6 months ago and it took 5 weeks support service to fixed it. I was 42 lvl and reset my account was not an option. Only what you can do is to wait if you do not want to reset your account, by the way when they fixed it they gave me a very nice compensation for my troubles and my island was not in bed shape cos the bug shut down whole island.
I know its not much help but at least you know what heappened to me .

I got the same problem...
I finished the new egg hunt side quest adventure, but the main quest didn't changed. I got the server zone crashed message. I bought the adventure from the shop, and started again. When i tried to enter the adventure zone, it gave the same message. I reloaded the page, but the adventure disappeared.
So, now i have an unfinished quest chain, and i can't buy an other one in the shop.

I had the same problem when i bought and placed a Water Mill. After 1 day, problem was resolved and i could play again. But when bought another Water Mill and placed it, the problem reappeared. I made a second ticket to support but support didn't even answered the first one.
Got this error message again, twice now. very annoying
Three times now. unlock.. lock.. unlock.. lock. Always when you put down a building like a silo or watermill. Any idea how long this will take to fix? BB are supposedly aware of the problem.
more than 2 months and support cannot do anything to fix it... unbelievable... I've spent real money in this game, and that's what you get...shame on you!
I know its a real pain but the only chance you have of playing again is to reset, it only took me 2 weeks to get back to where I was when my account was reset

You can try clearing cache or using another browser for now, if that doesn't work a script runs at 2AM GMT that helps with a lot of people.
If however none of that makes any difference please contact Support for further assistance
Yeah, contact support, they will answer you that is a known problem blah blah blah... I'm 2 weeks out of the game and no one can fix this because I moved 5 watermills...don't spend money to this game guys.Instead of implementing egglinks and blizzards you should try to fix ridiculous problems like this...I warn everyone I meet in online game forums for this problematic game.Quote:

Some get fixed at 2AM (BST) and others you'll need to contact Support for, depends on how bad the issue isQuote:

I noticed some people get to fixed it. The reset option is way rediculous for high level solution. I got 7 darkcastle 90% of all building level 5 , Max lincese and alot alot of silo,water mill . and not to count all time and sweat that I working this dang game . and if it going to help the team to fix I was doing the last quest of the evnt before easter which is give 500 gems,Silo and water mill, on adventure island -come back to home island move statue on Sector 1
I am having the same issue, "Server zone error", & it has been over 12 hrs since I tried logging in, if my L5 gm is depeleted by the time I am allowed to play again, I'm going elsewhere...
I'm also having this error since this morning. Was just accepting a trade from a fellow guildmember when it happend.. could also been one of my wheatfields rebuilding..
Hopefully the problem get's fixed soon.

Just placed a silo, and now i get the "server zone crashed" message. How long will it take before i can play again?
Really don't know what is the point of complaining on here as it appears that nothing is being done about these crash issues but also feel that if we don't complain then nothing will get done, at an even slower pace!
There I was, happily tidying up my island when I made the disastrous decision to move a silo and place a new one.....then it happened.....du du dunnnn....game crashed. This is not the first time this has happened to me whilst moving or placing things so I really don't know why I get so annoyed by it but I do. I keep getting the 'there is an error with this zone' message and will now be locked out of the game until after 2am, well hopefully :-(
Not good when I have a lev 5 iron mine which is probably going to run out and an adventure running which I can't finish.
Please can someone sort this out, don't know what happens at 2am in order to reset these accounts but if this is the only fix available then why can't you do this more regularly, i.e every hour?
Seems like a lot of people get this error when placing/moving silos... :\
i have had this problem today i sent my army to raging bull adventure and screen locked and game crashed know i am getting the zone error message and cant get on my island
