If you click on Archive just below where it shows your level and character picture then under the "Interfaces" section there is a help area called "Shortcuts". If you go in here it should list you the shortcut keys to open other buildings.

"B" for the barracks
"H" for the Mayor's house (storage)
"P" for the provisions house
"F11" for fullscreen mode
