[OPEN] Cannot login: "Server zone crashed"

also is this effecting only specific users? i ask because;

my flatmate also gets a "server zone crashed" error and has to reload his map after trying to visit me, he is also on newfoundland and is working fine along with his own friend(not on my friend list) who he buffed a few moments ago, both are new to the settlers, two weeks maybe.

another friend on sandycove is fine, but we can't add him as a friend so we can't visit him.

Got hit by this about 3am whilst trying to move a PINEWOOD FORESTER... So much for moving gem buildings causing it! I cleared my cache, I tried a different browser, I restarted my PC even... still couldn't get back in. Tried again this morning on the off chance, and I'm back in... so really not sure what's going on, but Fexno's summary is not the be all and end all, that's for sure!

I just moved my farm, silo and watermill totaling about 15 times, then this message appeared.

How much times to solve this problem after contact support?

I have RB adventure remain 4 days

I have experienced this problem today, I have been unable to log in for a bout 3 hours now. Very frustrating indeed.

Happened to me again today after moving buildings. This is the second time I have encountered this bug

I know you are working on it, please keep at, it seems to have been around for a while

I have not been able to log back on for a week now...it just hangs

This occurred last night approx 8 pm UK. chat server crashed then booted me to log in screen. Nothing was being moved only thing happening was copper mines were being upgraded. Seems OK this morning.

hit with this bug tonight.
happily playing , building , kicked out with this error.
No one can get onto my island to buff/visit to help me.
cache cleared no luck.
problem reported ..... not much help to me tonight.

Try again now Teardrop, there is a minor script run at the 3am "new settlers day" (otherwise known as the free stuff ding), which usually catches a large number of these. There is a more major script run at maintenance time for the more severe cases.

started getting this yesterday, i'm in Aus. tried with chrome/firefox/IE/opera, same error, figured it'd be done by tomorrow, wake up today, same error in all browsers, have rebooted cleared all caches as per BB expectations.

i have seen no mention anywhere this is happening to others, my flatmate is on newfoundland and he's able to login.

i just layed down a heap of gold mines when this happened and a building or two, so it was a well timed kick in the nuts once again.

ok, i was able to login again, my improved silo wasn't built and that was the last thing i built before it freaked.

i didn't read this before i logged in unfortunately and it seems that not just moving the improved silo is the problem, but placing a new one is too, it appears i'll have to wait another day for the script to run.

so does this mean i am not able to use the improved silo i just bought?

Just had this problem... and WOW. So many people had, have and seemingly will have too.

Tried a different browser, no luck. Will wait for maintenance/the 2 am maintenance script.

I was moving Silos in Sector 3 south/east. Still nowhere near done redoing my farms layout... I hope this does not happen again.

Or somehow gets fixed.

cant get on either, keep getting same message. " An error was detected in this zone. please try again" been trying 3-4 hours now, just YET another BB bug ?

had it for two days. ive gone through the process of deleting cookies etc but it is still doing it. i have reported it but a fat lot of good that will do. they have NEVER got back to me

Possible cause:
Either a corrupt cache/browser issue, or Moving certain special "gem" buildings like Watermills and Silos

Workaround:

1. Try to clear your cache in your browser
2. Try an alternative browser
3. Wait until 2AM (BST) when a script runs to help clear this issue
4. Contact Support and explain the situation

Prevention:
Try to refresh before you place or move special gem buildings/decorations

i have now been waiting nearly 4 weeks.

I've now 2 guild members who are locked out of the game. Same problem as above. This problem must have yhe highest priority to fix. I hope they can find the problem soon.It's very annoying when you cannot play the game. Please respond BB to this post with an answer even if you have not found the problem.

still waiting 4 weeks and counting...monday i was promised it would be working in 24hrs!

The thing is no one lets me know the situation..I have some chap from customer services emailing me...but he can't contact anyone else.

over for weeks now! i was promised on monday would be fixed in 48 hrs....can someone actually contact me from technical please and not some body from support.

i guess its safe to say they dont have a fix that works and you can move on..

5 weeks now! 5 maintenances still not fixed...they have offered me a solution. restart to L1...i would if they offer me 100,000 gc and 100,000 gems

reset my island..now it reads "zone is locked for support"

Me too now. I first got in for some hours late afternoon -the game had insane lag but was still playable. Game suddenly crashed before 2 hours and from then it says "Server zone crashed. An error was detected on this zone. Please try again." every time i try to play.So, actually, I can log in, i press play, it starts loading but never get me to the game...

Im still getting the "zone crashed" msg, reset everything, deleted all caches but still shows, so ill assume too that its because i moved some watermills last night.
looks like ill have to wait till 2!!

This bugg is active again. I`ve moved silo lvl 4 and game crashed, "Server zone crashed..." Now with excessive consumption of resources, what can i expect to see until 2AM?

i Receive the box: An error was detected on this zone. please try agian.
It pops up right when the screen shows the tip of the day, and than says loading map. than boom error.

This happens on all my computers and on all browsers, also after clearing the cache.

i don't know whats going on, please help, also this screwed up me SE, wich i was trying to get the achievements, rly bummed out about it :(

Your locked out, the 2am script should fix this for you.

all im getting is a blue screen on load up so cant get on to claim advent

Today it happened again! Server zone chrasched! Did´nt do anything special.
I use chrome, but have tested explorer too. Same!
I have deleted, restarted, so just have to wait and see! :(

same problems for me ...
so seems to be big problem for many players, if not all ...
hope they will fix it in such a way that none of us will miss out on the weekly 100 gems login rewards ...
