Never seen this - but I usually log out when I'm not active, perhaps that's part of it? is it a particular day (like maintenance day) which takes place for me from 14:15 to 20:00? I'm always sure I'm logged out.
On Saturday-Sunday I am logged in from morning till night, log off at bed, and I've never seen it even on those days.
hello.....is impossible to play.........10 minutes to accept any order in the game or, is repeated 2-5 times the same order........what a mesh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cor blimey guv'nor just settled down to play for the evening and for some reason lost the connection. Have not been able to log in again on any browser due to 'server zone crashed' try again later. That was a waste of a drill sergeant and all the buildings that are going to run unbuffed overnight. Frustrating thank goodness I had'nt initiated my premium coin.
am I the only one not able to connect to my zone on this site?

Try to be specific in describing the problem you have.
For example:
- When exactly does the error pop up
- Quote the exact error message
- Tell them what exactly you tried to resolve the problem
Since 4 hours ago every time I have tried to connect back to the settlers online it has given me this message (An error was detected on this zone. please try again) to which I have tried 100 times and same message appears) :(
I have run every malware and virus everything but nothing helps :(

What does that means - I tried logging in from another PC, but still no luck.

Something definitely must have been "broken" in the data centre, from where the game is running, 'coz now I'm getting into the game, without having changed anything on my (client) side. Maybe it's the one of those good ol' IT Operation stories, that you hardly can believe are actually a possibility, like the cleaning lady having drawn electricity for her vacuum cleaner from the wrong wall socket, and flipping switches that are best left alone, leaving whole racks of servers in the dark.
Twice in 1 week has happened to me. Hope my attack worked on the BLT ls I bought because i'm sure the other people wont be happy

yup i know it gets extended, but i know it will probably come back online when im at work meaning i miss all my prem time i planned for. for all the messing about i expect a free day if if it does happen to come back online in th next 2 hr.
you should be ok pad aldi shuts at 9pm so your prem will still be on...

got on for about 1 hour after maintenance but since then server zone error about 6 tries
