I think they probably do have some idea of what they are doing as they have been doing it for a number of years.... but i look forward to receiving my 100 marble and sandwich.

New ETA Information is that they need a little bit longer. They can't say how long it will take atm, to put it mildly they are absolutely clueless. Truly they don;t have a scooby doo. In fact when I rocked down to the server room to try and get you guys some answers, I caught one guy suggesting they "rub some cream in" which doesn't sound overly scientific to me. Apparently they have already tried giving the server an aspirin, which smacks of desperation if ever I have heard it. I've got to be honest with you guys, as far as I can tell, it could be minutes, hours or even years until we get our act together so I'm going home now. Hopefully you will be able to log on before I get in in the morning, but if you can't I will rock down to the server room again, and give you some more comedy updates, about the guys performing CPR. Laterz gatorz!
UPDATE 19.00 BST: Dear Sandycovers, your server is still down for now and we are working on getting it back online as soon as possible. It should not take longer than another hour, so new ETA: 20.00 BST.
