Whenever I've had that problem, two things seem to work most of the time.
1) Type in another web address in the bar and go to that page, then use the "back button", and you miraculously find that you are logged in.
2) If you are on another Settlers server, log into that, then come back here.
This problem seems to re-surface whenever you put images or video's on the login page.
May i suggest you stop doing those two things until you can fix the issue.
Yep, the backstage video is gone, and so is the problem with the top bar.
It worked fine for me today.
if you click on the button 'my profile' then log in it will work
