I had this error and Server Zone crash popup before this quick maintenance to recover lost gens.
Unfortunately, I still have the same error and cannot get past the splash screen.

No response from FB message, post, or support ticket.

.. just found out that it isn't just myself not being able to get onto my island, but also, no-one that is in the game can visit my island to buff anything, so 8 coinages, 4 gold smelters, cannon forge, FT castle, dama swordsmith, powderhut, platinum swordsmith and more are all wasting res unbuffed, and limited time in Halloween event (for me) is now cut by at least a day.
I have sent support ticket, private message in Facebook, posted in Facebook, and posted here, and it seems I am not the only one in this predicament. Please BB, can you give us an update on what is happening here?
Any chance people who try to visit are getting the message "Banned" and kicked to the homepage? This is an old bug with locked zones that has caused a lot of confusion. Be helpful to know it still exists or if something else happens.Quote:

Lol BB like always act like ignorant. No respond to to ticket. No help with crashed zone. I so don't want to play this game. I think i should start making bad comments on FB and other places about this game so people will not be disappointed and start playing this game.
Can't say about today but my past experience with BB's support team had been pretty pleasant. At any rate, I hope this problem would be fixed soon
Nothing you can do lads, server runs script unlocking zones after 2am and it goes for several hours. After that you will be ok.

still cant get on and bb dont aknowledge the problem sent couple of tickets only answer i get is to clear every thing what a joke they could at least infrom us that they have a problem, tired of the way they deal with there issues
Same here. Not been able to get on since this morning. I was able to get my pumpkins down but did not get to buff them before it all went to heck.

Very sorry robblack1 - I don't know what to suggest. I just finished on playing from Sandycove and I've had none of the problems that have been plaguing so many people. I hope I'm not going to regret saying that...:eek:
I logged in yesterday morning with no problems (to my surprise being the launch day of the event), I played on and off all day. Then last night I got this server zone error and now I can't play.
Even more frustrating is that sometimes I get to my island just in time to see guild chat, but then I get kicked out. Very frustrating.
I've had this bug since yesterday evening. Very frustrating. This morning, I briefly got into the game (long enough to see guild chat with someone talking), then before I could do anything, the zone error came up.
Just played for an hour or so and when trying to redraw a gen i sent to wrong camp got thrown out for some reason.Quote:

Also noticed while I was in that one of my MAs had placed itself in the far bottom centre of my archipelago (I never put him there). Also noticed that when I clicked on one of my gens in star, the map zoomed to the far bottom left corner of archipelago, as if to say that is where my gen is, however, there was nothing there. That was when I decided to move of my gens away from the normal island LZ to see if they could be placed from star, and the game crashed on me.
Can BB please post some sort of message here, just to at least acknowledge the issue?
Locked out of my adventure yesterday evening, and still can't log in. This is getting tiredsome.. Hope they fix it, as its ruining the entire event for me :(

oh - refreshing browser cache, flash cache, and all the other useful things to try are ALL having zero effect on the Server Zone crash error. It is BB-side rather than my-side. I think you are probably right with the gen thing Faststriker - a new update has probably been implemented, and it's not working correctly. Quite a few players appear to have the same issue :(
Same problem here.
Great my crashed zone is still up. It past 24h now when I can't play. No respond from BB on my ticket as normal. No help to solve the problem as always ignorant. 2AM did not help. Using different browser and different laptop did not help. This is shame. Looks like good time to quit. Only question is are you BB going to give back money spent on gems which i did not use or premium time which i keep losing. This game is worse and worse time to do something about it.

This is very frustrating, My Fairytale castle buff expires around now, so magic beans being converted unbuffed. Great stuff. :-(
I have had this bug for around 16 hours now.
The increase in locked zones and the script's inability to clear them in most cases has been reported.
We are currently investigating the issue.

I got this issue since the last hour, tred every possible solution recommended. still not working.
I just got this. I was in game with a friend tricking me and me following treating.
The game has been slow all day, it takes tens of seconds to change maps for adventures or to buff friends. I'm on a very fast high spec gaming pc with 70mbps fibre so it definitely isn't a problem my end.
I play via steam so no idea how to clear browser cache or similar. I did try both restarting TSO and my pc, no luck.
I have sent a ticket but never receive replies to my other tickets so posting in vain here (here's hoping).
Please fix this issue

How hard can it be to restart a game zone server side when it crashes? You don't need to wait for a nightly script, the client can send a restart request.

M8 its not game server crash i think had that problem 1 year ago and i was the only one unable to connect. I too have the same problem now send tickets with multiple mails but no reply. Game server crashed and the problem fix don't work too so am stuck just as you, its been 9hrs since i have tried connecting but in vain.
If it was for the whole server, the forum would have been flooded with comments... Think we are the unlucky ones :(
WOW since yesterday there is 45 post of game crashed server zone... and this is only for the ppl who posted on forum imagine how much ppl are getting stuck!!!!

when are bb going to sort the log in issues. been trying for half hour now and still no luck. it's becoming a joke.
finally after more then 24h waiting I was able to log in, I have no idea why it took so long.. Mines are depleted (and gone for most of them too!) my fields are gone, while i had more silo's then farms.. most of my trees are gone, somehow the system manages to keep my cutters moving but my planters went on strike? Pumpkin fields are partially depleted while I was planning to ZZZ them for the evening. Ofcourse entire day of premium wasted.
If people are not able to log in FREEZE the island so that its in the same shape as it was not its an wasteland. :(
