problem!

can some one help me with this? when i try to play the game it says:

Connection failed

how do i fix it? or is it just a passing problem?

Every week during the night between wednesday and thursday TSO have maintenance.
It will be back online in just 10 minutes.

If you read the news on the first page when you log in, you'll see;

BB staff can't find a coin for the meter at the moment. They had to send a junior out to change some notes.
