Sever call failed

Hi, im getting server call failed every 2-4 minutes & keep on redirected to homepage....troops loading wont happen n geologist wont start search even after i gave command...feel like they lost motivation....
when i click on adventure to visit it takes forever to load adv island.....time is luxury cant spare it....i sended ticket to support regarding above issue yet to hear from them...my internet connectivity is fine using latest version of browser n flash cleared cache re logged tried all nothing seems to work...
if any having same issue or any knows to resolve the problem im glad to try

Result of bad internet connection. Had this often, and the cause has clearly been that for me at least.
You could try moving to a different room with the computer. The connection varies in my house depending where my laptop is.

You said that your internet connectivity is fine. Are you by any chance downloading (or uploading) large amounts of data while you play? This can sap your bandwidth, so that when the game tries to communicate with the server, it struggles, and you get an error like this.

I also got this message occasionally before adding more memory to my PC. It was slow before, struggling to run windows 7 with just 1.5Gb of RAM. I added 4Gb extra this week, and all my game problems have instantly vanished! No lag, no chat loss, no game disconnections!

i am also being disconnected every 5 minutes as are some fellow guild members.
cleared cache and all that. even scanned my pc.
internet connection is fine, all my other games work fine.

Yes i got the same error message and i tried three browsers. I update flash, same result.

Getting same error. Tried on 2 different PCs, 1 is an all powerful gaming machine and there is no internet issues.

Normally during maintenance it doesn't even connect so I thought maintenance was finished.

Servers will most likely be up and down to run tests etc for the changes they make- but locked to the general population so indeed you wont connect
