TSO Survey...

As a player who is more than a year on Newfoundland and got to end level I am sad that I can not participate in your survey :(

"Thank you for participating in this study.
Unfortunately you are not eligible for this particular study.
However we appreciate that you took the time to participate.
We look forward to inviting you to a future study."

So this is my first bad point what you need to improve :( because I want to help TSO be better :)

Tested that in first time before I writed this thread and no link worked for me to do the survey :S

That is the message I got as well:(

When I see the message saying you were interested in my opinions and could I please take a moment to do the survey for a moment I felt like BB wanted to listen.

I do not know if the survery is broken but I got to the page where it asked me what games I had played recenlty I only ticked "on a console" and "on a tablet" as I assumed it was common sense I played Settlers so did not need to tick "free to play online" which I thought meant other online games but it seems because I did not tick that box it gave me the message to say

"Thank you for participating in this study.
Unfortunately you are not eligible for this particular study.
However we appreciate that you took the time to participate.
We look forward to inviting you to a future study."

I get the feeling BB just wanted my age/sex and location which I was able to enter..

Truely disapointed BB really let me down as I was looking forward to filling in the survery, reading other posts it seems others are in the same boat. Why am I not eligible?
