all i get is use uplay to log in. i have used uplay for the last year and a half. and when i try to report the problem it will not show me the captcha, so it will not take my report.

You managed to log in to the forum. Have you cleared all the browser cookies related to thesettlersonline.com
i even tried in another browser, nothing have worked today

yes had no problems logging in there.

A number of people have posted their logging problems under the Hallowe'en announcement and info and updates sometimes appear there before they hit the forum, though there's nothing Official just yet.
